成人高校招生管理信息系统的设计与实现
摘要
成人高校招生管理信息系统是为了实现教育部关于成人高校招生的相关要求而立项开发的，是面向高等成人学校招生工作全过程的管理信息系统，具有重要的现实意义。成人高校招生信息管理系统将传统招生工作的全过程改为由计算机实现，运用网络通讯和数据库等技术实现更为客观、公正、迅速的招录。为招生人员提供详尽的待招考生档案及考生间各项能力值的比较排序，为招录新生提供有力的决策信息支持，以便择优录取。
论文对几种主要的管理信息系统开发方法进行了分析比较，并在成人高校招生信息管理系统的实际开发中加以应用。系统设计坚持开放性、集成性、稳定性和安全性原则，采用了流行的面向对象技术实现。系统设计的目标是软件结构合理、总线清晰，系统运行可靠高效，操作简便易行，人机界面友好，具备较高的实用性和较高的系统安全性能。本文以关系数据库系统理论为基础进行了数据库设计，讨论了保证数据完整性、在多数据表操作中应用事务处理等问题。论文同时探讨了DEPHI中有关BDE和ADO两种数据引擎的使用。本系统部分程序已经在全省推广使用。
The management information system of higher adult education(HAE) enrolment is developed on the demand of HAE enrolment of the Ministry of Education. It is of great significance for it aims at the whole process of HAE enrolment. With the application of the system, the traditional task of HAE enrolment is now fulfilled by computers. It makes the enrolment more objective, more fair and more rapid through network communication and database. It can also provide detailed information of students and the comparison sequence of different items of their abilities.
The thesis has compared the main developing approaches of MIS system, part of which has been applied in real development of management information system of HAE. The system is developed on the basis of opening, integration, stability and security, and the object-oriented technology is adopted in the system development. The objective of the system is that the system structure is proper and clear, the execution of the system is reliable and efficient, its operation is simple, the man-machine interfaces are on good terms, and the system is highly practical and secure.
The database design is based on the database system theory. The problem of how to keep the integrality of data and transaction processing in multi-datasheet operation is also discussed in the thesis. The thesis also deals with the usage of BDE and ADO data-engines. Part of the system software has been applied in the whole province.
