面向物流的产品设计技术研究

摘要
面向物流的产品设计是在优化产品物流性能规则的指导下,对产品的结构、形状、尺寸、材料、加工工艺、包装特性、运输特性等进行改进的设计方法。面向物流的产品设计属于DFX设计方法的范畴,但是相对于其他的DFX设计方法,它涉及到了更多的学科领域,如:设计、生产、包装、运输、仓储等产品下游环节。本文主要研究了在产品设计的过程中如何实现产品的物流设计等相关技术,主要包括了以下几个方面:
     1)按照各种物流活动在产品生命周期中的时间顺序,文中提出了面向物流的产品设计主要包括了生产物流、包装物流、运输物流、流通加工、仓储物流、回收物流等六大方面的内容。并从这六方面出发,归纳总结了进行物流产品设计时应当考虑的设计因子和指导物流产品设计的设计准则。
     2)探讨了实现面向物流产品设计的方法。文中提出了建立物流设计准则和物流设计因子的关系矩阵,然后运用键能算法对关系矩阵作变换运算,使关系矩阵呈现出一定的规律,通过分析这些规律,能建立起有效管理和运用设计准则和设计因子进行面向物流产品设计的模型。
     3)研究了物流产品设计质量评价体系,它主要由设计评价指标、评价方法和评价冲突消除等组成了一个相互作用的有机整体。文中介绍了物流设计质量的评价指标和评价方法,特别探讨了基于产品结构树的矩阵评价方法和这种方法在评价产品物流性能时的运用。
     4)利用数据库和web技术开发设计了面向物流产品设计的原型系统。其原理是来源于前面章节介绍设计方法和评价方法。原型系统主要具有以下几个功能:a)实现了产品物流设计准则、设计因子和评价指标的录入编辑管理功能。b)实现了运用键能算法对产品物流设计准则一因子关系矩阵进行变换并得出规律矩阵这一功能。c)实现了对产品设计方案物流性能进行评价的功能。还以手表为例子,演示了原型系统的相关功能。
Design for logistic is the design method to improve product's structure, shape,size, material, processing, packaging characteristics and transporting characteristicsunder the guidance of rules optimizing product's logistic performance. Design forlogistic is one of DFX design method, but compared with other DFX design method,it involves more subject areas, such as: design, production, packaging, transport,storage and other products downstream areas. This paper is mainly about thetechnology how to implement product's logistic design in the product design process.It includes the following aspects:
     1) According to the time order of various logistics activities in product lifecycle, this paper presents that design for logistic is including manufacturinglogistics, packaging logistics, transporting logistics, circulation processing,warehousing logistics and recycle logistics. And from the point of view of sixaspects, summaries the logistic design criteria and design factors when designingproducts.
     2) To investigate the realization of design for logistics. This paper proposes toestablish an incidence matrix with logistic design criteria and logistic design factors.Then use the Bond Energy Algorithm to transform the incidence matrix and make itshow certain laws. So by analyzing these laws we can set up an effective model tomanage and use the logistic design criteria and factors.
     3) The product design quality evaluation actions are studied in detail.Evaluation architecture includes evaluating indicators, evaluation methods andmechanism of evaluation conflicts solution. This paper introduces the evaluationindicators and the evaluation methods, especially gives more detail of the matrixevaluation method based on the product tree and its application.
     4) Develop the prototype system of design for logistic based on the databaseand web technology. The principle is derived from the previous chapter. Theprototype system has the following main functions: a) Manage the design criteria, design factors and evaluation indicators, b) Establish product incidence matrix andtransform it. c) Implement the evaluation function. At last demonstrates prototypesystem's functions by a watch.
