四川省电力公司培训中心个性化教育服务的研究

摘要
21世纪是全球经济一体化的世纪,又是一个崇尚知识的时代,科技发展的日新月异,使我们认识到,只有拥有知识才能在这个知识经济时代立于不败之地。
     随着企业改革的不断深化,企业经营者逐步认识到对企业内部从业人员进行各种必备知识与技能的培训,是企业提高生存能力所必须,是企业发展所必须,企业正逐步加大对员工的培训力度。作为电力企业的培训中心,面临如此庞大的培训市场,培训中心全体员工都在思考:如何最大限度将自己的效用为企业服务,在培训市场上占一席之地。
     随着信息技术的广泛应用,“教育为学习服务”的新理念已深入人心,教育结构会逐渐由主导者变为服务者。为此,本文作者提出了“培训教育个性化服务”这一新的概念和命题。
     本文在介绍了个性化教育和新教育为学习服务的基础上,对四川省电力公司培训心面临的现状和人力资源结构进行了分析。同时,又对培训中心实施培训教育个性化服务进行了可行性分析。对培训中心如何形成并实施培训教育个性化服务提出了完整的理论设想,对培训中心下一步战略规划具有指导和借鉴作用。本文提出的个性化服务方案,仅仅是理论尝试,还有许多领域需要更深入的研究。
     本文对培训实务进行了分析,它是培训教育个性化服务的实践应用,结论供参考。培训中心的培训教育个性服务论证,充分说明了培训中心实施培训教育个性化服务的必要性和重要性。
21 century is the age of globe economic integration and knowledge advocating. The change of development in science and technology makes us realize that only the knowledge could establish an unassailable position in this era of knowledge-driven economy.
    With enterprise reform promoting constantly, enterprise operators realize gradually that employees' going on training of different indispensable knowledge and technical ability is a must for improving enterprise survival ability and enterprise development. Now, enterprises are strengthening staff training. As an electric enterprises training center, the Sichuan Electric Power Corporation Training Center faces so huge a training market. All staff of the training center should think: how to serve enterprises to its maximum extent, and how to occupy a position in training market are questions.
    With the wide application of information technology, the new concept of "education serves learning" has already been rooted in the hearts of people. The educational structure will turn from a dominator to a server. For this reason, the author of the article has put forward the new concept and proposition of "individualized service in training and education".
    This article introduced individualized education and new education serving for learning. On the basis of it, the article analyzed the current situation and manpower resources structure of the SEPC Training Center. Meanwhile, it analyzed the feasibility for the Training Center of carrying on individualized service in training and education, proposed a complete tentative plan in how to form and put forward the individualized service in training and education. It has guide and reference function to the next strategical planning of the Training Center. The individualized service scheme proposed in this article is only a theoretical attempt, and there is still a lot of fields need deep research. -
