教学资源库平台的研究与设计

摘要
教学资源库使用互联网为现代远程教育(网络教育)跨越地理范围实现了教育资源的共享,而且为学习者的认知灵活性学习提供了基础。通过对教学资源库的研究,我们更清楚地认识教学资源库在资源共享和认知灵活性学习中的作用,而且可以为教学资源库的建设的实际建设提供经验。
     近些年来,随着远程教育的发展,各类教学平台和教学资源库大量建立了起来。教学资源库的发展对远程教育发展以及校园教育发展起到了较好的推动作用,但各类教学平台或资源库在应用过程中发现一些问题如:忽视资源的管理,资源库之间缺乏易于访问的接口和资源库中的知识点没有进行良好的组织等。本研究从知识管理的角度探讨了资源库建设的意义并探讨了资源库建设的设计要求和规范。
     我们又通过北京交通大学教改项目——“数字媒体资源建设”设计和完成了一个教学资源库。在这一过程中,我们运用知识管理的原理和资源库建设的要求对我们的实际工作进行了指导。在完成该项目的过程中,我们根据以前资源库建设中出现的问题,提出了一个可行的资源库建设方案,并对该方案进行了实施。该方案通过对资源和知识点进行树状的组织实现了对知识点和资源的良好地组织,通过一系列的资源管理模块和人员管理措施实现了对资源的有序地管理,通过Webservice方式对外提供了访问接口。该项目作为国家级精品课程的一个分支在评审中取得了较好的评价。最后对我们设计和建设的资源库中仍然存在的问题进行了讨论,为以后的研究指明了方向。
Through the Internet, the teaching resources library for Modern Distance Education (online education) across geographical scope realize the sharing of education resources, also it provides a basis for the learners' Cognitive flexibility study. Through research of teaching resources library, We come to a clearer understanding of teaching resources library in the resource sharing and the Cognitive flexibility learning, and it provides us the actual building experience for teaching resource library for the construction.
     In recent years, as the development of distance education, the all kinds of platforms for teaching has been build up. To the development of network education and the development of campus education the development of teaching resource library has played a good role in promoting. But for all types of platforms or teaching resource databases, in their applications there are some problems such as: the management of resources is ignored, easy access interface is lacked between teaching resource libraries and the knowledge points are not well organized .This research from the perspective of knowledge management the meaning of resources construction and from the perspective of the construction plans discuss design requirements and norms of the resource library building.
     We have also adopted Beijing Jiaotong University education reform project -"the construction of digital media resources "to design and complete a teaching resource library. In this process, we use the principles to guide our work , which are knowledge management and resource library construction plans. In the process of the completion of the project, basing on the problems before, we put forward a viable resource base-building programs, and the program was implemented. The program can better solve in the teaching platform emerging problems. In this plan, we realized well organization of resources and knowledge through organizing the organization of resources in a tree model , through a series of resource management module and personnel management measures to achieve the orderly management of resources, and through the Webservice it provides the external interface. The project as a branch of the state-level quality courses in the assessment achieved better evaluation. At last we argue the problems in our project, and pointed out the future direction of research.
