J2ME在移动保险系统中的应用研究

摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,特别是计算机互联网络和移动通信技术在全世界的推广,传统的信息技术系统越来越难以适应现代信息社会发展的需求,现代保险业亟需一种结合了保险电子化与移动通信技术的无线企业应用,以提供高效、安全、专业化、低成本的移动保险信息技术服务。
     本文研究介绍了J2ME平台的特性和体系结构,包括MIDLET应用程序的生命周期、持久化解决方案RMS、联网技术以及安全体系结构等。文章研究介绍了可扩展标记语言(XML:eXtensible Markup Language)与Web Service技术,这些技术解决了企业之间集成所带来的跨语言、跨平台等问题,并都将在移动保险系统中得到应用。
     本文研究重点是如何设计和实现基于J2ME/J2EE平台的移动保险系统,并提出了基于J2ME的移动保险系统的架构,以其优秀的平台无关性达到不同平台间的兼容。论文分析了该架构的特点,分析和讨论了无线应用系统的体系结构设计、无线客户端设计,并给出了其设计实现方案。系统设计遵循MVC(Model-View-Controller,模型-视图-控制器)模式,并针对无线应用系统的体系结构设计采用了基于组件的以EJB为设计中心的多层体系架构,即无线客户端-WEB服务器-应用服务器-数据库服务器,以实现系统的可维护性、可重用性与可扩展性。同时考虑了移动设备资源有限、性能低的因素,在合理选择设计方案的同时,尽可能地优化J2ME实现。论文针对信息的描述及组织方式、网络通信、数据库的实现和接口设计、数据安全性等问题的设计与实现进行了论述。
     移动保险系统针对关键保险业务流程,如承保流程、理赔流程电子化的特点,实现了保险询价、移动投保、移动理赔、信息查询和客户管理等主要功能模块,具有传统保险系统所没有的优势。此外,系统提供给用户基于J2ME结构的统一访问视图,携带使用方便。该系统具有良好的开放性与适应能力,保险从业人员可以在任何时间、任何地点,通过移动电话以安全的方式访问保险公司内部系统。移动保险系统通过和保险公司的后台信息数据库的连接,有效地整合了公司内部的信息和系统资源,简化了流程,节省了公司运营成本,提高了工作效率,提供了快速、低成本的高效、安全、专业化的移动保险服务。论文最后展示了系统的运行效果,并做了总结与展望,为下一步的研究奠定了基础。
With the rapid development of information technology, and especially the spread of internet and mobile communication technology all over the world, traditional information technology doesn’t seem to meet the requirement of modern information society. Modern insurance requires a wireless enterprise application combining of electronic insurance and mobile communication technology in order to provide efficient, safe, professional and inexpensive mobile insurance information technology service.
     This article focuses on the characteristics and the architecture of J2ME platform, including MIDlet application’s life cycle, data persistence solution RMS, network technology and safety architecture etc. In this thesis we introduce XML (eXtensible Markup Language) and Web Service technology, which solve the problems of the multi language, multi platform of the inter-enterprise integration and will be applied in the mobile insurance system.
     The main point is to design and realize the mobile insurance system based on J2ME/J2EE platforms. The architecture of which has been analyzed by discussing the wireless application architecture design, wireless customer design as well as relevant realization plan. The system design follows MVC pattern, and applies component-based EJB multi-layer architecture against wireless application architecture, which is displayed as wireless client– web server– application server– database server to maximize the maintaining, reusing and extending ability of the system. Meanwhile, considering the limited resources and poor performance of mobile equipment,optimizing J2ME is the best choice when we select reasonable design plans. We discuss the organization and description of data, network communication, the way to implement databases as well as its interfaces.
     Mobile insurance system places much more attention on key insurance business modules such as underwriting, claim, realizes modules of price quote, mobile insures, mobile claim, information query and customer management, which provides an advantage over the traditional insurance system. In addition, it provides the user with a uniform view based on j2me structure. With its openness and suitability, operators could be able to access insurance intranet safely by dialing up mobile phone anytime anywhere. Mobile insurance system integrates system resources, simplifies procedures, cuts off operation costs, and improves performance. At last, the demo effect is showed at the end of the paper, paving the way for further research by summarizing and predicting.
