天津中心渔港海域直立式隔埝设计与优化

摘要
近几年来,随着中国经济重心的不断北移,环渤海地区已经逐渐成为带动我国经济增长的重要区域。滨海新区作为环渤海地区的中心,是我国对外开放的重要窗口和通道,战略地位极为重要。
     天津中心渔港地处滨海新区东北部,位于汉沽区大神堂与蔡家堡之间,此岸线为渔港、海水综合利用的发展预留岸线,主要发展大型渔港、电厂、海水淡化等。天津中心渔港建设符合天津市岸线利用规划,即将成为天津市以至环渤海地区最大的现代化海产品集散、加工中心。
     天津中心渔港工程作为天津市发展新型海洋经济的重要载体,已成为城市化的国家级重点项目。直立式隔埝工程为天津中心渔港项目的起步工程之一,也是整个综合性大型工程中的基础工程。设计方案最终采用预应力钢筋混凝土板桩结构符合选型合理、节约造价、方便施工、缩短工期的原则。
     理论计算与实际工程之间的差别是多方面的,尤其是在软土水利工程中,土、水压力的综合作用指标较难测试,计算方法存在着分歧。本文结合现有实际工程,介绍了工程区的设计资料,采用上海丰海港口工程计算软件进行了结构计算通过理论计算和实际监测分析,验证了设计采用的结构型式的安全可靠性及合理性。
     通过对理论计算与现场监测、施工结果的分析,验证了设计所采取的各种假设和参数的正确性,为改进设计、提高工程整体水平提供了依据。
In recent years, with the focus of China's economy is steadily moving north, the Bohai Rim region has gradually become an important area promoting China's economic growth. As the center of the Bohai Sea region, Binhai New Area is an important window and channel for China's“Opening-to the Outside World”strategy, so its strategic position is of great importance.
     Tianjin Center Fishing Port is located in the area between Da Shen Tang and Caijiapu in Hangu District, northeast part of Binhai New Area. The coastline of this area is reserved for the development of comprehensive utilization of Fishing and Sea-water, mainly develop large fishing ports, power plants, desalination and so on. The construction of Tianjin Center Fishing port is in line with Tianjin’s shoreline-use planning , and this area will become the largest modern seafood distribution, processing centre of Tianjin as well as the whole Bohai Sea.
     Tianjin Center Fishing Port project is the major carrier for the development of Tianjin’s new marine economy and the state-level key project for the promotion of the fishing areas urbanization. Vertical cofferdam Project is one of the initial project of the whole project, and also the basic project of this comprehensive large-scale project. Under the principle of reasonable design, cost saving, convenient construction, shorten the duration and by the comparison, the design program use reinforced concrete sheet pile.
     There are some datum differences in many ways between the theoretic calculation and actual engineering , especially in the soft-soiled hydraulic engineering , the comprehensive force index of earth and hydraulic pressures can be difficultly measured , and the calculation methods also have certain differences.In this thesis , the design data of the working area are briefed , the structure calculations are done with the Fenghai Port Calculation System in combination with the actual engineers.Through the theoretical calculation and actual monitoring analysis,the reliability and reasonability of the structure are used in the design are verified.
     After comparing the result of the theoretic calculation with that of the monitoring and construction , it is proved that all the presumptions and paramaters used in the design are right , which provides the basis for improving the design and raising the level of the whole engineering.
