基于工作流的电子党务系统的研究

摘要
本论文详细介绍了工作流技术,研究了工作流管理系统的参考模型。将工作流技术系统地引入到电子党务管理系统,实现流程、党务和管理职责、管理岗位的标准化,明确党务的工作流程和监管机制,真正达到实施电子党务系统工程所预期的目的,理顺党政信息、规范党务工作流程。
     论文主要研究工作如下:
     将工作流系统地应用于党务管理,依照数据库系统的设计思想,核心内容为党务管理系统,在党务管理系统中引入工作流技术,解决党务管理系统中部门间的协同,并详细描述了工作流技术及工作流模型的主要接口。
     研究了工作流引擎的管理模块,增加了工作流关系管理模块,构建了工作流映射表、联系表、关系图表数据库。在工作流建模过程中采用逻辑运算和关系运算,用图表描述工作流程的方法;对解决一般工作流系统柔性不足,缺乏交互性等问题提供一种解决途径。针对现代系统在异构问题上的困难,提出了用联系表建立可动态改变关系的解决方案,并在系统中进行了相关的试验。并进行了初步的实验验证
     提出了工作流系统中的安全问题,介绍了工作流系统的访问控制模型,对RBAC访问控制模型进行了扩展。在扩展模型中强化了任务的概念,给出了扩展后模型的相关概念及定义。
     详细分析了电子党务办公软件的公文流转整体流程,进行过程建模并部分实现。结合项目实际情况,设计了基于对象-关系结构的工作流引擎,实现了工作流技术在电子党务办公软件的应用。
This article introduced the Workflow Technology basic concept and the Workflow Technology research present situation and the trend of development, Research on the Workflow Management Coalition as defined in the Workflow Management System Reference Model. The Workflow technology introduction E-Party system, will realize the flow, the service and the management responsibility, the management post standardization, will be advantageous in enhances the government affairs flow the reorganization and the standard degree, is clear examines and approves and handles in the flow the responsibilities and rights and benefits, achieves a goal straightening out government information which, the standard government affairs flow truly in the implementation E-Party systems engineering needs to satisfy.
     The paper main research work is as follows:
     Workflow system will be used in party management, in accordance with the design of database systems thinking, the core content management system for the party in the party management systems workflow technology introduced to address the party management system inter-sectoral collaboration, and a detailed description of the workflow technology and work flow model of the main interface.
     Workflow engine to study the management module, an increase of the relationship between the workflow management module, to build a workflow mapping table, contact tables, charts the relationship database. Workflow Modeling in the course of the relationship between the use of logic and computing operations, and work flow chart to describe the method; to solve the general flexible workflow system, lack of interactivity, such as to provide a solution to the problem. Heterogeneous response to the question of the modern system in the difficulties, using the contact form to establish the relationship between dynamic changes in solution, and in the system to carry out the relevant tests. And conducted a preliminary experiment.
     Workflow system raised safety issues, introduced a workflow system access control model access control model RBAC extended. RBAC models introduced in workflow,task concept,given the expanded models related concepts and definition.
     Detailed analysis of the electronic document software, office party the overall process flow, process modeling and partially achieved. Combined with the actual situation in the project, according to the workflow reference model, design the structure based on the relationship between the lightweight workflow engine, a workflow technology in the electronic office party software applications.
