住宅公用部位优化设计研究

摘要
本文以长江三角洲地区住宅区为研究背景，以行为心理学和建筑技术科学为研究工具，探讨了住宅中公共部位优化设计的可能性，以期解决住宅公用部位在使用中出现的各种问题。
边界效应的存在使住宅架空层在边缘地带具有更多的活力，我们通过构造措施在这里形成边界阳光区，从而改善架空层在使用中的季节性现象；为了提高社区的人文品质，我们优化住宅的入户空间，使居民具有更强的归属感和安全感；通过立体景观车库的设计，改善车库内的采光、通风以及景观条件，从而改善地下车库的物理环境质量。
According the uptown of Delta of Changjiang, the article has discussed the probability of optimization in the process of designing the common places. It wants to settle the problems of the common places which were found during the using by use of Psychology and Technology of archtecture.
To settle the phonomenon of seasons, we design the Boudary full of sunlight at the side of Groud-floor space; To make the peoples in the uptown have the feeling of safety and ascription, we optimize the quality of the enrance space; We design the solid sight carport to improve the quality of physical environment, such as lighting airiness and sight.
边界效应的存在使住宅架空层在边缘地带具有更多的活力，我们通过构造措施在这里形成边界阳光区，从而改善架空层在使用中的季节性现象；为了提高社区的人文品质，我们优化住宅的入户空间，使居民具有更强的归属感和安全感；通过立体景观车库的设计，改善车库内的采光、通风以及景观条件，从而改善地下车库的物理环境质量。
