浙江省社会保险服务网的开发和应用

摘要
社会保险信息管理系统的开发和应用是社会保险经办机构优质高效完成社会保险经办工作的重要手段。按照国家规定移交地方实行省级管理的原行业统筹单位,由于人多、点散、面广,遍布全省各地,社会保险经办工作难度大、周期长、效率较低,需要谋求一种不受地域限制、行业单位参与操作部分业务、实时与行业单位进行信息传递、宣传交流的方法,社会保险服务网系统应运而生。本论文对社会保险服务网的开发和应用进行了较为全面的阐述。全文分七章,具体内容摘要如下:
第一章是绪论,简要介绍了社会保险基本知识和社会保险信息系统的概况。
第二章是服务网开发的可行性分析,从背景、用途、国内类似系统以及技术可行性等方面对服务网开发的可行性进行分析。
第三章是技术方案,从系统设计原则、设计思想、应用环境及系统结构、系统开发与运行平台等方面对技术方案进行阐述。
第四章是技术实现,着重介绍了服务网设计开发所运用的关键技术内容。
第五章是功能介绍,对服务网的功能进行全面介绍。
第六章是操作实例,对服务网的部分操作界面和操作方法作了介绍。
第七章是作用和效益分析,对服务网的作用、产生的效益、存在问题及发展方向等进行了分析。
The development and application of the social insurance management information system, is an important measures for social insurance institutions to accomplish social insurance management work with high quality and high efficiency. Due to big population but widely dispersed all over the province, for the industry organizations, originally under overall planned management, transferred into local provincial administration according to state policies, the social insurance management work goes with much difficulty, long period, and low-efficiency, hence the work is in the need of seeking a way which could be free of regional restriction, with industrial organizations taking part in the operation, and real-time information transmit with industrial organizations, also as a way of propaganda and communication. Under such circumstance the Industrial Social Insurance Service Net and System accordingly come into being. The treatise extends quite comprehensive expatiation on the development and application of the industrial social insurance service net. It is composed of seven chapters with summarized detail as follows:Chapter one is introduction. Brief introduction on fundamental knowledge of social insurance, and survey on the social insurance information system.Chapter two is the feasibility analysis of the Service Net
