基于LonWorks现场总线技术的节点开发与应用

摘要
现场总线技术是当今控制领域发展的热点之一,美国Echelon公司推出的LonWorks现场总线以其出色的开放性、互操作性,逐渐成为目前最具有竞争力的现场总线之一。实现LonWorks技术的关键在于开发LonWorks的网络控制节点。本文在分析、研究了以神经元芯片、LonTalk协议、Neuron C为核心的LonWorks总线技术基础上,开发出了一个通用的智能控制节点,并将其应用于实际控制系统。
    论文首先对所开发的LonWorks节点进行了全面而详细的介绍。该节点属于基于主机的节点类型,由包含神经元芯片的TP/FT-10F闪控模块和MSP430F149单片机构成。TP/FT-10F闪控模块作为一个总线协议处理器解决单片机与LonWorks网络间的连接问题,MSP430F149作为主处理器负责对现场设备的数据采集和处理。两者之间的通信采用神经元芯片的并行Parallel I/O对象的模式来实现。
    接着,将已开发出的LonWorks网络节点应用于智能建筑中的空调控制中,构成基于LonWorks总线的空调控制系统。根据该系统的结构以及控制要求,按照一台机组对应一个节点的原则,采用模块化的设计思想,设计了以MSP430F149单片机为核心的空调机组控制器。并且应用焓值、PID控制策略对空调系统实现了高效、节能的控制目的。
    最后,为便于对现场数据的监控,形成完整的网络测控系统,采用组态王监控软件设计了上位机的监控界面。在此,应用LNS DDE服务器和组态王的DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange)特性建立了组态王与LonWorks网络之间的动态数据链接,实现了对空调控制系统的上位机监控、管理以及维护。
The fieldbus technology is one of the focuses of development of currentcontrolled field, The local operation network LonWorks that was developed byAmerican Echelon company, because of its outstanding opening,interoperability, has gradually become one of the most competitive field busesat present. The key of realizing LonWorks technology is the development ofthe control network node.
    At first, the thesis has carried on the overall and detailed introduction ofthe developed LonWorks node. This node belongs to the nodal type based onhost processor, and it is organized by TP/FT-10F flash control moduleincluding the neuron chip and MSP430F149 single chip. TP/FT-10F flashcontrol module, as one LonWorks protocol processor, is used to solve theconnection problem of microcomputer and LonWorks network, MSP430F149,as the main processor, is responsible for gathering and dealing with the data ofthe field apparatus. We adopt parallel I/O mode of target of the Neuron Chip torealize the communication between the two, thus guaranteed reliable,high-speed data transmission quality.
    Then, we applied the already developed LonWorks network node to the airconditioning control system in the intelligent building, form the control systemof air conditioning based on LonWorks bus. According to the structure of thissystem and control request, correspond to the principle that a nodal accordingto a unit, we designed the controller of air conditioning taking MSP430F149single chip computer as the core. Here we adopt module design philosophy,employ enthalpy value, PID control strategy to realize the high-efficient,energy-conserving control system of the air conditioner.
    At last, to facilitate the control of the field data and forming thecompletely network observe and control system, we adopt the Kingview
    monitoring software to design the control interface of the upper-computer. Here,we use LNS DDE Server and the DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange) characteristicof the Kingview to set up the dynamic data chaining between Kingview andLonWorks network, realized the monitoring, manage and maintain of thelocation plane at control system to air conditioning.
