摘要
桥梁施工是桥梁建设的关键环节,桥梁施工技术水平的高低直接影响到桥梁建设的发展,而施工控制是施工技术的重要组成部分,并始终贯穿于桥梁施工中。
     本论文为攀枝花市炳草岗大桥的施工控制工作总结和研究结果,详细地阐述了该桥施工控制的方法、过程及效果。炳草岗大桥结构新颖、技术复杂,在国内几乎没有同类型的成桥可以借鉴。
     本论文在总结了斜拉桥的发展及其施工工艺,并指出了桥梁施工控制的重要性之后,简要的介绍了工程概况,叙述了炳草岗金沙江大桥监控细则、组织机构及监控的主要工作和难点部分;论文的核心部分,在介绍了炳草岗金沙江大桥施工控制与监测工作的前期实验工作和施工各工况标高、各节段支模标高、浇注混凝土后的标高的结构计算和其理论计算结果之后,详细论述了主梁的标高线形控制方法和内容,实际支模标高的提出,结构应力监控的方法、布点、测读及其对测读数据的合理分析方法,索力检测和结构温度监测的方法。并通过大桥的顺利合龙和建成及其通车试验和近二年的安全运营证明了施工控制的正确性、监测及其对其数据分析处理的合理性。最后提出了桥梁施工控制中的一些建议和体会,指出了存在的问题和今后发展方向。炳草岗金沙江大桥施工控制的成功经验,可供今后同类型桥梁的施工控制参考。
Bridge construction is the key link of building bridge. The level of bridge construction technology directly affects the development of building bridge, and construction control is an important part of construction technology, and runs through all stages in bridge construction.
    The thesis is the construction control working summary and research result of Bingcaogang bridge in the Panzhihua city, it is detailed the methods, the course, and the effect of this bridge construction control. The structure of the bridge is novel, and the technology is complex, and there isn't nearly same type bridge in our country now.
    The thesis has summarized the development of the oblique-pull bridge, its construction technology and the importance of bridge construction control, then has introduced project general situation, and has narrated detailed regulation, organization construction, the major work and difficult part of this bridge construction control. The following is the key part of this thesis, firstly, it has introduced the experiment work of early stage, structural calculation and its theoretical result: the absolute altitude of each operating mode, the absolute altitude of building mould in each section and the absolute altitude after pouring concrete; Then, it has discussed the method and content of the line shape control of the main beam, actual absolute altitude of building mould is put forward, and it has described the method of structural stress monitoring, how to arrange measure point and collect data, and how to analyze data. It has also narrated the method of rope force detection and structural temperature inspection. Big bridge suit smoothly approach end establish and transport test as well as safe operation for two year, all of these have proved the reasonability of the inspection and its data analysis handling and correctness of construction control. In the final, it has put forward some suggestion and cognition, and has pointed out existent problem and develop direction.
    The successful experience of the bridge construction control, has offered in this report, references for the construction control of the same type bridge in the future.
