基于知识的CAPP工具系统关键技术研究

摘要
伴随着知识经济的到来,知识管理对企业的产品和服务的价值将越来越大,知识上升成为企业的核心资产。CAPP作为制造业企业核心的制造信息处理单元,对企业信息化建设具有举足轻重的地位。将知识处理技术与CAPP的研究结合起来,研究基于知识的CAPP工具系统的理论、方法和实现技术,具有重要的意义。为此,论文从理论和实践方面开展了基于知识的CAPP工具系统的研究工作。
     论文论述了CAPP系统“基于知识”的定义和工具化的思想,总结了该系统的特点,提出了由工艺知识定义、工艺知识维护、工艺知识推理与解释三大核心部分构成的系统功能框架,并给出了系统实现的总体方案以及涉及到的关键技术,包括工艺知识的表达方法、工艺知识集成与共享等。
     在工艺知识的表达方面,论文在分析现有的各种知识表达方法的基础上,采用了一种新的工艺知识表达方法——参数流程图知识表达方法。该方法将所有影响知识表达的变量组合成一张参数表,通过表中变量取值的变化实现知识的动态表示,通过由若干图元以及图元间的关系构成的一张有向图来实现过程性知识的可视化表示。
     针对工艺知识集成与共享,采用了基于XML技术的工艺信息文件。XML文件是工艺信息存储、传递的媒介,满足了网络化制造中大量信息集成的要求;XML文件中的数据以树型结构存储,逻辑上是父子关系的工艺信息在XML文件中同样具有父子关系,形成了层层嵌套的树形结构。
     作为论文研究的成果,通过一个锥套样例,介绍工艺知识管理过程及其应用。
With the arrival of knowledge economics, the value of knowledge management to enterprise products and services is becoming larger and larger, and knowledge is becoming kernel assets of an enterprise. CAPP, as the manufacture information process unit of the manufacture enterprise, is essential for the enterprise information construction. It is very important to research into the theory, method and implement technology of CAPP based on knowledge in terms of jointly studying knowledge process and CAPP system. For this reason, the thesis launches investigation into knowledge-based CAPP tool system from the aspects both theoretical and practical.
     The thesis discusses the definition of“knowledge-based”and tool-kited thought and elaborates characteristics of system, presents the function framework composed of process knowledge definition, maintenance and reasoning and interpretation for knowledge-based CAPP tool system, and admeasures the total architecture of system realization and the related key technologies, including the process knowledge expression, integration and share, etc..
     On the basis of analyzing various popular knowledge expression methods, the thesis adopts a new process knowledge expression method, parameter flow chart knowledge expression method. The method expresses dynamic engineering knowledge by a parameter table encompassing all variables impacting knowledge expression, via the variable values change to express process knowledge dynamically and an oriented digraph consisting of graph element sets and relations between graph elements to realize the visualization of the workflow knowledge.
     Against the issues such as process knowledge integration and share, the thesis adopts the process information document based on XML technology. XML document is a medium of process information storage and transfer, and satisfies considerable information integration under networking manufacture. The data of XML document are stored in tree architecture; the records with the logic relation of fathers and sons keep the same relations in the XML document, forming a nested tree architecture.
     As the result of research, the thesis introduces the process knowledge management and application by a drogue example.
