偶氮基侧链液晶聚硅氧烷高分子的合成与表征

摘要
本课题首先以咔唑与氯代醇反应制得N-羟基烷基咔唑,然后在相转移催化剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(NaDBS)的作用下,对硝基重氮盐与N-羟基烷基咔唑发生重氮偶联反应生成了单偶氮和具有对称结构的双偶氮共四种化合物:单偶氮3-(4-硝基苯基偶氮基)-N-(6-羟己基)咔唑、3-(4-硝基苯基偶氮基)-N-(10-羟癸基)-咔唑以及双偶氮3,3’-2(4-硝基苯基偶氮基)-N-(6-羟己基)-咔唑、3,3’-2(4-硝基苯基偶氮基)-N-(10-羟癸基)-咔唑。这四种化合物的结构通过红外光谱技术、核磁共振技术进行了表征。红外谱图中的特征峰确定了对硝基苯基接到了咔唑环上,核磁共振谱图中质子的化学位移和数目证明了这四种化合物的结构。
     在合成了以上四种化合物之后,又以氯丙基三氯硅烷作原料通过“逐步偶联反应”合成了具有梯形双链结构的聚氯丙基倍半硅氧烷,并利用FTIR、~1H-NMR、~(29)Si-NMR、XRD、DSC技术对所合成的化合物的结构和性质进行了表征,表征结果证明所合成的化合物具有梯形双链的结构。又利用上述四种化合物的氮取代烷基末端都含有羟基,而此羟基又能通过Williamson法与氯丙基反应的特点,引入带有偶氮
A series of new compounds based monoazobenzene and bisazobenzene containing nitroazobenzene group were synthesized by performing azo coupling in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst of sodium dodecylbenzenesulphonate (NaDBS). The four synthesized compounds were 3-(4-nitrophenyl-azo)-N-(6-hydroxylhexyl) carbazole, 3-(4-nitrophenylazo)-N-(10-hydroxydecyl)carbazole, 3'3-2(nitrophenyl-azo)-N-(6-hydroxulhexyl)carbazole, 3,3' -2(4-nitrophenylazo)-N-(6-hydr-oxyldecyl)carbazole. All of the synthesized compounds' structures were confirmed by the data obtained from IR and 1H-NMR. All of the data from IR and 1H-NMR implied the structure of the synthesized four compounds.Then the ladderlike polysilsesquioxane was synthesized by "Stepwise
