降低OFDM系统峰平功率比的研究

摘要
随着 3G 相关标准的制定,对下一代移动通信系统关键技术的研究已经提到
    了议事日程上。由于 3G 不能完全满足人们对未来通信的要求,没有实现全球统
    一的标准,因此人们将精力放在了 4G 的研究上,更加关注如何降低移动通信系
    统的成本、提高系统的资源利用率、实现全球统一标准的目标。 
     本文针对在下一代无线通信系统中具有广泛应用前景的正交频分多路复用
    (OFDM)技术开展了研究,重点要解决 OFDM 系统峰平功率比(PAPR)较高的问
    题。本课题的研究内容得到了国家自然科学基金的资助,项目号:60172068。 
     本文首先对 OFDM 的基本原理做了简要介绍,分析了 OFDM 系统峰平功率比的
    概率特性,并从概率角度简要介绍了两种降低 OFDM 峰平功率比的传统方法。然
    后,提出两种不同的降低 OFDM 峰平功率比的创新算法:分组检测算法和相位检
    测算法。为了证明算法的可行性和有效性,采用 Matlab6.5 仿真平台,搭建了一
    个较完整的 OFDM 系统,对所提出的两种算法进行了分析验证,证明了这两种算
    法优于传统的算法并且可以应用于实际。最后,利用仿真数据对这两种算法的优
    缺点进行了分析,论证了算法对系统性能的改善程度,进而证明了这两种算法的
    正确性,同时也得出了相对于传统算法的优点。
With the formation of 3G standards, the next mobile communications technology
    has been paid more and more attention. Since 3G can not meet the increasing needs of
    future customers and more important, there is no unique standard, people are now
    focusing on how to use the resource more efficiently and how to improve the system
    performance, as well as to reach a unique standard.
     In this paper, we study the OFDM technology that has a promising future in the
    next mobile communications technology. This project is supported by the Nature
    Science Foundation of China under contact No. 60172068. The focus of this
    research is to resolve one of the main problems of OFDM system, higher Peak to
    Average Power Ratio (PAPR). First of all, this paper introduces the basic theory of
    OFDM briefly and analyzes the probability characteristic of PAPR of OFDM system.
    After this, this paper introduces two methods which reduce the PAPR by utilizing the
    probability characteristic of PAPR. Then two new creative algorithms are put forward.
    In order to testify the feasibility and validity of these two algorithms, I set up an
    OFDM system using simulation tools, Matlab 6.5, and apply these two algorithms in
    the OFDM system. Finally, this paper analyze data gained from the simulation to get
    the advantages, shortcomings and the degree of the improvement of these two
    algorithms to testify the correctness of these two algorithms and the advantages over
    the traditionalalgorithms.
