    麸皮,0.35%有效磷)、B(5%麸皮,0.35%有效磷)、C(10%麸皮,0.35%有效磷)、D(10%
An 12-week experiment was conducted to study effects of wheat bran levels and phytase
on productive performance, metabolism of main nutrients and serum parameters in laying
hens. 375 brown shell Lomman laying hens aged 32wks were distributed randomly to five
groups with five replicates and fifteen per replicate. Five diet treatments were designed as
    follows: treatments A,B and C contained 0.35% available phosphorus(AP) and 0% ,5% and
10% the wheat bran level was, respectively, treatment D contained 10% wheat bran and
0.28%AP, and treatment E with 10%wheat bran and 500IU/kg microbial phytase which
substituted 0.12% AP,he total AP level of diet was 0.28%. All diets contained the equal level
of apparent metabolic energy, protein, calcium and main essential amino acids. Experiment
    results showed that:
     1. The egg mass and ratio of egg weight to feed intake were significantly greater for hens
supplemented with 5% and 10% wheat bran than for hens fed no wheat bran diet at
0.35%AP(P<0.05).As the wheat bran adding level increased, the egg production and egg
weight intended to increase(P>0.05). Hens fed the diet contained 10% wheat bran had the best
    productive performance .
2.Egg mass of treatment D was significantly lower than that of treatment C, and the egg
production intended to decrease in treatment D. Compared with treatment D, treatment E
intended to enhance the productive performance.
3.There was no significant differences in feed intake, eggshell quality and fecal moisture
    among all the treatments.
4.Compared with treatment A, the apparent metabolic rate of total phosphorus(TP) and
crude protein(CP) in treatment B and C were increased by 9.9%(P>0.05),18.4%(P<0.05)
and 4.56%(P>.05),9.03%(P<0.05),respectively. There were no significant difference in
the apparent metabolic rate of TP and CP between treatment C and D. The apparent metabolic
rate of TP of treatment E was higher extremely than treatment D(P<0.01)and the apparent
metabolic rate of CP was increased in treatment E(P>0.05). There was no significant
difference in the apparent metabolic rate of Ca, dry material(DM)and general energy(GE)
    among all the treatments.
5.Compared with treatment A, the phosphorus( P ) content in serum in treatment B and
C were increased by 5.2%(P>0.05)and 9.3%(P<0.05),respectively. The P content in serum

in Treatment D decreased by 7.9%(P<0.05)compared with treatment C. The P content in
serum in treatment E was higher than that in treatment C(P>0.05). There was no significant
differences in the alkaline phosphatase(AKP) activity and Ca content in serum among all the
    treatments.
