胜利油田居民小区配电系统研究

摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展进步,人们的生活水平日益提高,电视、电脑、空调、电磁炉等家用电器的使用频率不断提升,人们对于这些电器的依赖程度越来越高,对电能质量的要求也越来越高。对配电系统可靠性的研究和应用,是保证供电质量,实现电力工业现代化的重要手段。对促进和改善电力工业生产技术和管理,提高经济效益和社会效益,进行城市网络建设和改造有着重要作用。
     本文首先介绍了配电网及配电网可靠性研究的相关概念、国内外研究现状、理论体系,列出了配电网可靠性分析指标、评估方法并阐述了分布式电源对配电网可靠性的影响与评估方法。根据国家相关部门公布的统计数据,论文对影响配电网供电可靠性的因素,包括故障、预安排停电、电网结构及电源供电能力、环境等进行了分析,并根据分析结果,分别从技术和管理两个方面提出了提高配电网供电可靠性的措施。
     最后,根据配电网可靠性的影响因素及改进措施对油田社区配电网进行了初步研究,分析了社区配电网存在的主要问题,提出了改进措施并对产生的效益进行了估算,有一定的推广应用价值。
With the continuous development of the social economy, people's living standard increasing, TV, computer, air conditioning, induction cooker and other appliances are frequently used. people more and more depend on these electrical equipment, and their requirement of power quality is more and more high. The research and application to the distribution system reliability, is an important means to ensure the quality of power supply and realize modernization of electric power industry. It plays an important role in promoting and improving the power industry technology and management, improving economic and social benefit, city network construction and reconstruction.
     This paper firstly introduces the concept, researching status at home and abroad, theoretical system of distribution network and distribution network reliability research, gives analysis index and evaluation method of distribution network reliability, elaborate the impaction and evaluation method of distributed generation to distribution system reliability.
     According to the national related department statistics, the paper analyses some influence factors of power supply reliability of distribution network, such as faults, scheduled interruption, structure of power grid and power supply ability, environment and so on. According to the results of the analysis, respectively, from two aspects of technology and management, measures were put forward to improve the reliability of distribution network power supply.
     Finally, the paper studies community distribution network of oil field according to the distribution network reliability influence factors and improvement measures, analyses the main problems existing in community distribution network, puts forward improving measures, estimates the benefits. There is a certain value of popularization and Application.
