动平台机构的特性分析与仿真研究

摘要
自动平压平模切机是印刷工业中重要的印后加工设备。动平台机构是自动平压平模切机的模切核心部件,其工作性能的优劣将直接影响模切机的稳定性和工作速度。本文以自动平压平模切机的动平台机构为研究对象,对其运动学和动力学特性进行分析研究,为提升模切机的速度、改进动平台机构提供理论依据。主要完成了以下工作:
     1、在刚性假设的基础上,提出了一种基于复数矢量法的搜索方法,采用复数矢量法、搜索方法及数值微分方法相结合的算法,分析了动平台机构的运动特性,得到了动平台在一个周期内的运动规律;
     2、模切过程中由于模切压力的变化情况未知,因此对模切过程中的模切压力变化进行了建模分析,提出了通过计算两大平台的干涉面积来求解模切压力的方法,不仅得到了模切过程的压力变化情况,而且为动力学分析奠定了基础;
     3、运用动态静力学的方法对动平台机构进行了无负载和有负载两种情况的动力学特性分析,分别得到了动平台机构的各个构件在一个运动周期内的受力变化情况;
     4、分析了模切压力对模切机的主体结构的影响,特别是对动平台和固定平台的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施,有利于提高模切机的稳定性;
     5、利用MATLAB高级语言开发了模切机动平台机构的仿真分析软件;

     通过本课题的研究,不但为深入了解自动平压平模切机的动平台机构提供了理
    论依据,而且也为进一步改进设计该机构奠定了基础。
Automatic Die Cutting Machine is one of important devices in packing printing industry and the moving platform mechanism is one of it's key die components, which performance has a direct effect on the stability and the speed of Die Cutting Machine. In this article, kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the moving platform mechanism of Automatic Die Cutting Machine was discussed for the sake of improving on the speed of Die Cutting and the moving platform mechanism. The following work was mainly finished:
    1. On the basis of rigidity hypothesis, a searching algorithm based on complex vector method was proposed. Complex vector method, searching algorithm and numerical value method was used to analyze kinematics characteristics of the moving platform mechanism. And the rule of movement of the moving platform in a period was obtained.
    2. Due to the change of press was unknown in the process of dieing, the model of the change of press was built. And a way of solving press by calculating the interference area of two platforms was proposed. Not only the change of press was got, but also the basis of dynamics analysis
    
    
    was established.
    3. Dynamics characteristics of the moving platform mechanism in the case of unloading and loading was analyzed using Kineto-Statics, and the change of force of each component of the moving platform mechanism was gained in one period respectively.
    4. The effect of main body of Die Cutting Machine was imposed on press, especial the effect of the moving platform and the still platform, and corresponding improvement was provided, which in favor of improving the stability of Die Cutting Machine.
    5. The interface of the moving platform mechanism of Die Cutting simulation analysis software was presented which be programmed using MATLAB.
    By the researching of this thesis, not only the theoretical basis for deeply realizing the moving platform mechanism of Automatic Die Cutting Machine was given, but also the basis for improving this mechanism farther was established.
