无构造柱CS板式结构体系抗震试验研究

摘要
近年来,环保越来越为人们所关注,实心粘土砖已逐步限时退出建筑市场。发展轻质高强、节能抗震、利用“三废”、保护环境、节约土地、降低成本、并具有一定建筑生产工业化的建筑结构新体系已势在必行。而目前问题的关键就是对节能、节材、节水的新型材料和结构的研究与开发。
     CS板式结构体系是以一种新型材料——钢丝网架聚苯乙烯板(CS板)安装而成的新型结构体系,该结构体系具有节能、环保、施工工艺简单等诸多优点。但是,由于CS板式结构体系的受力性能尚不明确,因此对该种结构体系的力学性能研究刻不容缓。
     本次试验之前,天津大学土木工程系己经做过大量CS板的试验研究。特别是2006年曾做过一个三层1:2.8带构造柱CS板式结构体系的抗震试验,并得到了许多有价值的成果。在此基础上,本文又设计制作了一个相同尺寸的无构造柱CS板式结构试验模型,设计了加载方案和加载制度,进行了低周反复水平荷载作用下的抗震试验研究和理论分析。模型试验着重研究了结构的主要破坏过程及破坏形态、滞回特性、骨架曲线、延性、刚度退化、耗能能力、变形性能等,并将有构造柱CS板式结构体系和无构造CS板式结构体系的受力性能进行了对比分析。
     本文在试验研究的基础上,进行了CS板式结构体系的内力计算,同时结合现行钢筋混凝土设计理论推导了墙板的承载力计算公式,然后还提出了一些构造措施的建议。
     最后,通过试验和理论分析进行了总结,给出了本文的主要结论,同时也对以后CS板式结构的研究提出了建议。
In recent years, environment protecting is cared by people much more than before, and solid clay brick is being absent from market gradually. It is essential to develop a new engineering structure System of low mass-high strength, economic on energy, se -ismic, protecting environment, and utilizing‘three waste’. The research of a new sty -le material which can economize energy resources, stuff and water become the pivot -al research. Then the research of concrete sandwich slab is on the time.
     CS Panel Structure is a new structure assembled by concrete sandwich slab. This type of CS panel structure has many excellent properties such as:energy insulating, environment protecting, easy to be constructed and so on. But the mechanical behavior of CS Panel Structure is not clear. So the research of this structure does not permit of any delay.
     Before this experiment, much experimental research has been done by the civil engineering department of Tianjin University. Especially, An Experimental Study on Earth -quake-Resistance Performance of a three-story model of 1 /2.8 scale of CS panel structure building with Structure Column has also been done in 2006, and a lot of results have been achieved. Based on these work, in this paper, a same model of CS panel structure without structure column building has been designed and made according to the similarity theory of the model. The experimental research and theory analysis were done when the model of the structure was subjected to repeated and reversed loadings slowly applied on the top. The questions such as damage mecha–nism, hysteretic behavior, ductility, the ability of energy dissipation have been emphatically studied, and two different models have been compared.
     In this paper, based on the experiment results, the internal force of CS panel structure has been completed, and the design formula of CS panel with reinforcing steel bar was deduced depend on the RC design theory, then some structural suggestions were presented.
     Finally, the conclusion was reached based on the experiment study and theoretical analysis, and some suggestions on study of CS Panel Structure in the future were presented.
