芜湖市产业结构演化与区域发展研究

摘要
经济全球化和知识经济时代到来所引发的世界范围内经济结构调整是深刻
的，其作用与影响是任何区域所无法回避和抗拒的。结构调整已成为我国经济发
展的主要任务和根本性措施，产业结构演化与区域发展的相互作用关系也成为学
者们研究的热点。但目前的研究在一二三产业内部结构和产业结构与空间结构、
就业结构的相互关系方面仍较为薄弱。本文通过对芜湖市区域发展现状与产业结
构演化过程的分析，探求产业结构与空间结构、产业结构与就业结构的联动发展
关系，从而提出使产业结构与区域发展相互促进的发展模式。
全文分为六章：第一章阐述了产业结构的基本内涵，重点分析了国内外研究
现状，指出本文选题依据、研究内容与方法。第二章通过现状评述和因子分析法
分析了芜湖市区域发展现状水平，指出芜湖市在结构效益、总量水平、发展潜力
等方面还存在一些不足。第三章较为全面地分析了芜湖市产业结构演化的基本特
征：分析了1978年以来三次产业结构的演化特征，使用SSM分析了工业和第三
产业的内部结构和整体发展水平，使用区位商分析了工业和第三产业各部门的专
业化水平，分析了芜湖市工业化进程的特征，最后指出芜湖市产业结构的演化阶
段，认为芜湖市已形成以三大支柱产业为核心、主导产业和优势产业为主体的产
业结构体系，得出工业结构发展良好而第三产业发展欠佳的结论，并探讨了产业
结构演化的原因。第四章分析了芜湖市工业地域结构的演化，认为工业产业结构
通过扩散和集聚成为地域结构演化的根本动力，而后者一旦形成将对前者产生很
强的反作用；分析了交通、商贸、房地产、大型市政服务设施建设等第三产业与
城市空间结构演化的相互作用关系；最后指出产业结构演化促进了城市功能分区
的形成，而城市空间结构规划则使产业结构有序发展。第五章分别分析了按三次
产业、工业及第三产业各部门分的产业结构与就业结构演化之间的联动关系；认
为产业结构转换是影响就业的重要原因，许多部门的兴衰直接影响从业人员的变
化，行业发展的不协调是造成芜湖市劳动力供需不协调的主要因素。第六章根据
前面的研究结论，重新审视芜湖市产业结构与区域发展中的问题并提出具体发展
模式。
The coming of globalization of economy and knowledge economy results in profound economy structure adjustment in the world which has the inevitable influence on any region. So, economy structure adjustment has been the main task and essential measure in China's economic development, and researches on relationship between evolution of industrial structure and regional development are considered by most scholars. But, present researches cast little light on interior relation of primary, secondary and tertiary industries and relation of industrial structure and space structure, employment structure. This thesis preliminarily studies the linkage development relation between industrial structure , space structure, employment structure by analyzing evolution of industrial structure and regional development in Wuhu City. And the development pattern of promotion relation between industrial structure and regional development is put forward.
The thesis consists of six chapters. In chapter one, connotation of industrial structure has been expatiated on, and present researches have been emphasized. Then the basis for choosing the topic, research content and research method of my research were pointed out. In chapter two, regional development level in Wuhu City has been educed by comments of present status and factor analysis method , and the deficiencies in benefit of structure, gross level and development potential in Wuhu City have been pointed out. In chapter three, characteristics of evolution of industrial structure in Wuhu City have been analyzed: such as evolution trends of primary, secondary and tertiary industries from 1978, sections development levels and whole development levels in industry and tertiary industry by the method of shift-share method (SSM), specialization levels of sections development in industry and tertiary industry by the method location quotient analysis, characteristics of industrialization process in Wuhu City, and evolution of industrial structure. The results were as follows: industrial structure system has formed in Wuhu City in which there is the core of three supporting industries and the main body of leading and preponderant industries; industry structure developed well and tertiary industry developed not well, and the reasons of evolution of industrial structure have been discussed. In chapter
four, evolution of industrial spatial structure has been analyzed, and the fundamental driving power of evolution of spatial structure is diffusion and concentration that the later force has strong feed back to evolution of spatial structure. The relation between evolution of city space structure and tertiary industry which included traffic, business and trade, real estate and constructing of large town serving establishments has been analyzed. Development of city function zoning was promoted by evolution of industrial structure, and industrial structure ordered developed by the programming of city space structure. In chapter five, the linkage relationships between employment structure and three industrial structures have been analyzed respectively, and conversion of industrial structure was the important reason influencing employment. Industries development out of line was primary factor that explained inconsistent supply and requirement of labors force in Wuhu City. In chapter six, according to foregoing research results, the issue of industrial structure and regional development has been surveyed afresh and concrete development pattern was put forward in Wuhu City.
