行星摆线针轮减速机虚拟样机的建造与性能仿真

摘要
新产品开发中物理样机的制造及实验的瓶颈问题引发了虚拟样机逐步替代物理样机
    的技术革命。本文以工程应用的实际课题为背景,依托信息、仿真等高新技术,借助国际流
    行的高端CAD/CAE/CAM/PDM软件,创建了UG-ADAMS-ANSYS三位一体的面向并行工
    程的XW-8175-11型行星摆线针轮减速机构的虚拟样机建模与仿真环境,实现了数字化建模、
    装配与虚拟样机仿真、分析的集成。
     论文从以下几方面进行了分析与探讨:1、基于产品概念设计的参数化造型方法增强
    了产品并行开发的能力,有利于把设计与造型两阶段溶为一体,从而在产品详细设计阶段开
    发设计思路,缩短设计周期;2、探讨了在软件集成环境下(UG-ADAMS-ANSYS)复杂机
    械系统虚拟样机实现的方法、手段及关键技术,并以行星摆线针轮减速机构为研究内容建立
    了虚拟样机,最后仿真证明该样机具有一定的可靠性;3、仿真中笔者对该摆线针轮减速机
    构进行了动力学分析,探索了关键部件承受的交变载荷情况及运动特征和不同载荷工况及短
    幅系数k1对系统性能的影响,从而为今后系统优化及振动、噪音寿命的分析提供了重要的
    数据信息,也为系统的有限元分析奠定了良好的基础;4、提出了一个操作性较强的行星摆
    线针轮减速机结构体系,该系统对其它机械系统同样具有适用性。
     该摆线针轮减速机构的虚拟样机模型及仿真结果已经由天津减速机总厂技术认定具
    有较好可靠性与实用价值。
The bottle-neck problem of new products?manufacturing and experiment during
    
     developing has raised the technical innovation of Virtual Prototype replacing Physical Prototype
    
     step by step. Serving for practical project about engineering application, and based on new
    
     technology of Information and Simulation, this article has built a Virtual Prototype Modeling and
    
     Simulation Environment of the XW-8175-l 1 Planet-Cycloid Retarder using internationally
    
     popular CAD/CAE/CAM/PDM software. Orienting Parallel Engineering and having integrated
    
     UG, ADAMS and ANSYS, The environment has been realized to integrate Digital Modeling
    
     assembly, simulation and analysis of the Virtual Prototype.
    
     This article studies in the following aspects: 1.. Based on the theory of Product Notional
    
     Design, parameterized modeling method extends the ability of parallel developing products ,which
    
     contributes to merge two stages of design and modeling ,explores design thought ,and benefits to
    
     cut off design period; 2~ Discussed the means and key technique used to build the Virtual
    
     Prototype of complex mechanical system in the software-integrated environment
    
     (UG-ADAMSA-NSYS) , and built the Virtual Prototype of Planet-Cycloid Retarder, which proved
    
     to be reliable; 3 In the process of simulation, the author has dynamically analyzed the
    
     Planet-Cycloid Retarder, and probe changed load and moment applied on key components, at last,
    
     discussed influence on system performance by different working load and short-scope coefficient0
    
     The work can provide important data for later system optimization as well as vibration, noise,
    
     life-span, and give a good base for finite element analysis at the same time; 4~ Brought forward a
    
     structure system of Planet-Cycloid Retarder, which is applicable to other mechanical systems to
    
     some extent.
    
     The Virtual Prototype Modeling and Simulation results of the Planet-Cycloid Retarder have
    
     been technologically verified to have good reliability and application value by the General
    
     Retarder factory of Tianj in.
