跨企业信息系统集成协调机制的研究

摘要
现代企业的经营理念越来越体现着合作与协同的思想,伴随着这一变化,企业的信息系统也正在朝着跨行业、跨组织集成的方向。本文从现代企业管理思想的发展着手,论述了跨企业信息系统集成的必要性;以研究跨企业信息系统集成协调为宗旨,从管理思想、实施策略、系统丌发等几个方面建立了现代跨企业信息系统集成协调机制的理论。
     通过对虚拟企业、供应链、协同商务等几种体现集成思想,并具有代表意义的现代企业管理思想的分析,奠定了跨企业信息系统集成的理论基础;通过对国内外信息系统集成研究现状的了解,确定跨企业信息系统集成协调机制为研究方向。
     本文首先对跨企业信息系统集成的集成过程、集成框架和支撑体系进行了论述。总结和归纳了目前企业集成中所运用的技术支撑体系。
     其次,本文通过对理论基础和方法论的运用,针对跨企业信息系统集成协调中出现的各种障碍,对集成过程中难点和重点问题进行了归纳和总结。对跨企业信息系统集成过程中所出现的协调问题进行了分析,主要包括三个部分:协调显示、协调动力和协调支持。根据这条主线,论文从四个方面进行论述,包括信息显示问题分析、参与动力问题分析、支持问题分析以及目前最令人关注的安全问题。
     根据上述协调分析,本文建立了跨企业信息系统集成协调机制,并提出了切实的解决对策。信息机制是跨企业信息系统集成中最基础的机制,也是关键的部分。本文从协调度显示机制、信息交互机制和信息集成机制来加以论述。激励机制,体现的是外部环境对跨企业信息系统集成过程中所发挥的作用,本文针对IT厂商、企业以及政府的三个不同角色分别建立了不同的激励机制。支持机制,从技术支持、资金支持和人才支持三方面进行了描述。安全机制通过对安全技术、安全法规和安全管理分析,提出了实现对策。
     在论文的结论部分,对本文所论述的观点做了总结,同时对跨企业信息系统集成协调机制建立的后续研究的做了展望。
The modern management theories of enterprise last the thought of cooperation and coordination, follow this change, information system of enterprise is stepping towards the direction of inter-trade integration too. This text sets about from the development of the modern business administration thought, and expounds the fact that the necessity of integration of information system of enterprises; For the purpose of studying the coordination of the integration of information system of enterprises, from manage thought, implement tactics, system development etc. several respects, the paper sets up the coordination mechanism theory of the integration of information system of stepping enterprises.Through the analysis of representative modern business administration thoughts and several kinds of integration thoughts, such as Virtual Corporation supply chain and collaboration commerce, this paper establishes the theoretical foundation of stepping to integration of information system among corporations; According to the study of current situation of the integration of information systems in the domestic and international, this paper refers the research direction to coordination mechanism theory of the integration of information system of stepping enterprises..Firstly this text expounds integration course, integration frame and supporting technical system which enterprises use while integrating at present.Secondly, this text makes the applications of theoretical foundation and methodology to analyze the various kinds of obstacles that appear during establishing of the integration of information system of stepping corporations. The analysis mainly includes three parts: information show, motive force and support. According to this thread, the thesis is described from four respects, including information show study, participation study, support study and security issue which attracts people's attention mostly at present.According to coordination analysis while being above-mentioned, this text sets up coordination mechanism, and puts forward the practical settlement countermeasure. The information mechanism is the most basic mechanism, and it is also highlight. This text describes this mechanism from information show mechanism, information mutual mechanism and information integration mechanism. Incentive mechanism reflects the coordination of external environment condition stepping on the course of integration of information system of enterprises. This text has set up different incentive mechanism separately to three different roles including IT manufacturer, corporations and government. Support mechanism describes from technical support, financial support and talent. The safe mechanism proposes to realize the countermeasure through analyzing safe practices, security regulation and safety management.The conclusion part makes certain prospect of follow-up study of the integration of information system coordination of stepping corporations.
