现代企业情报部门信息服务模式研究

摘要
在高度信息化的现代社会中,信息的竞争在企业竞争中处于至关重要的地位,现代企业情报部门搜集、分析、加工、整理真正有价值的信息,并在日新月异的网络环境下,以体现创新的基于知识管理的信息服务模式为企业内外区域广大信息用户服务,已经成为每个现代企业必不可少的一项重要工作。本文从现代企业情报部门信息服务模式的传承与创新角度出发,研究在当今知识经济大潮中,现代企业情报部门如何站在时代前沿、通过基于知识管理信息服务模式有效提升企业的核心竞争力,使企业先知、先觉、先行,在风云变幻的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
     在回顾相关研究基础上,本文从理论基础入手,对比、分析传统企业情报部门信息服务模式与当今市场环境下企业对信息服务模式的新需求,提出现代企业情报部门要借助各种技术手段革新传统的情报资料服务模式,实现信息化转型,完成被动式信息服务向主动式信息服务模式的转变。本文主要探讨了基于知识管理的信息服务模式。
     本文系统研究信息服务模式与信息需求两方面相对独立但实际上紧密联系的问题,提出知识组织、情报组织等具体运作中的信息服务模式,并通过理论分析和实例分析探讨这些模式在网络环境下对企业的应用价值,最终建立基于知识管理信息服务模式的企业核心竞争力系统框架。
In the modern society of highly informatinization, the competition of information is at the very important position in the competition of enterprise, the modern enterprise intelligence service collection, the analysis, the processing, the reorganization true valuable information, and under the network environment which changes with each new day, take service's model of information on knowledge management with innovation serves for general user of information of the region inside and outside the enterprise, already became each modern enterprise essential important work. This article from the modern enterprise intelligence service information service pattern's inheritance and innovation angle embarking, studies in now the knowledge economy flood tide, how does the modern enterprise Intelligence service stand in the time front, through the information service pattern on knowledge management effective promote enterprise's core competitiveness, causes the enterprise prophets, prescience, advance, in changes constantly in the market competition is in an impregnable position.
     In the foundation review related research, this article obtains from the rationale, the contrast, the analysis Traditional enterprise Intelligence service information service pattern with the enterprise to the information service pattern's new demand under the market environment, proposes that now the modern enterprise Intelligence service must draw support from each technological means make innovation the service pattern of traditional intelligence and information, realizes reforming informatinization, completes the passive form information service transform to the driving type information service pattern. This article mainly serves service's model of information on knowledge management of the enterprise Intelligence service take the summary.
     This article chooses in a body's frame, unify research service pattern of information and need of information two aspect relative independences, but in fact the close relation's question, proposed that the knowledge organization, the information organization and so on pattern of information in the concrete operation, and discusses these patterns through the theoretical analysis and the example analysis under the network environment to enterprise's application value, finally establishes system frame of enterprise core competitiveness of the service pattern of information based on knowledge management.
