新型含氮、硫双齿和三齿配体及配合物的合成

摘要
过渡金属与席夫碱配体所形成的配合物以其多样的结构和广泛的用途愈来愈受到人们的重视。该类配合物在催化、生物活性及功能材料等领域都有广泛的应用前景。
     本文合成了六种含硫席夫碱:2-甲酰苯并咪唑缩-(S)-甲基二硫代碳酰腙(HL1),2-甲酰苯并咪唑-(S)-苄基二硫代碳酰腙(HL2),2-乙酰苯并咪唑-(S)-甲基二硫代碳酰腙(HL3),2-乙酰苯并咪唑-(S)-苄基二硫代碳酰腙(HL4),(反)-邻甲氧基肉桂酰基二茂铁-(S)-甲基二硫代碳酰腙(HL5),(反)-邻甲氧基肉桂酰基二茂铁-(S)-苄基二硫代碳酰腙(HL6)。利用这些配体与过渡金属(Ni2+, Cd2+, Pb2+, Hg2+,Mn2+, Cu2+, Zn2+)合成配合物,并对上述配合物进行了元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、氢谱、摩尔电导率、循环伏安等表征,并且得到了部分配合物的单晶结构,讨论了其配位结构和空间构型。
     本文还尝试以肼基二硫代甲酸酯在酸性条件下来合成取代吡唑衍生物类配体(Ln, n=7~17),并取得了理想的结果。利用这些配体与过渡金属(Cu2+)合成5个配合物,并对上述配合物进行了元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、摩尔电导率、循环伏安等表征,并且得到了部分配合物(CuL72·ClO4)的单晶结构,讨论了其配位结构和空间构型。
     本文共合成了17个配体,43个配合物,共测得15个单晶结构。根据实验事实,本文推测了配合物的配位形式。这些化合物的生理活性尚在测试中,将在以后报道。
The coordination compounds, synthesized with transition metal and Schiff-bases as raw materials, are more and more important for their various structures and extensive uses. The applied foreground of these complexes will be extensive in the field of catalysis, bioactivity and material etc.
     In this paper, six sulf-schiff bases, 2-formylbenzimidazole condensed with S-methyldithiocarbazate (HLl), 2-formylbenzimidazole condensed with S-benzyl dithiocarbazate (HL2), 2-acetylbenzimidazole condensed with S-methyl dithiocarbazate (HL3), 2-acetylbenzimidazole condensed with S-meth- yldithiocarbazate (HL4), (E)-o- methoxycinnamoylferrocene condensed with S-methyldithiocarbazate (HL5), (E)-o- methoxycinnamoylferrocene condensed with S- benzyl dithiocarbazate (HL6), had been synthesized and characterized. These six Sulf-Schiff bases were used to synthesize the complexes with transition metal ions(Ni2+, Cd2+, Pb2+, Mn2+,Cu2+, Hg2+, Zn2+), and thirty-six complexes obtained.. All of these complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, UV spectra, 1HNMR, molar conductance and cyclic voltammetry. Some of complexes had been determined by X-ray. The molecular structures and the space anarthrias are discussed.
     On the other hand; We try to synthesize ligands of substituted pyrazoline derivatives (Ln, n=7 to 17) by S-methyldithiocarbazate and S-benzyldithiocarbazate in acidic conditions. Some of this ligands were used to synthesize the complexes with transition metal ions (Cu2+), and five complexes obtained. The crystal of a new complex of CuL72·ClO4 had been determined by X-ray.
     Seventeen ligands and forty-three complexes, sixty compounds in all were synthesized and fifteen single crystals were obtained. The synthesis reaction mechanisms of the ligand and complexes were presumed by experiment facts. The physiological activities of every compound are being tested and their results will be reported in the future.
