中小制造企业精益质量导航方法及关键技术研究

摘要
在日益激烈的市场竞争中,质量是制造企业生存和发展的基础。本文以中小制造企业为研究对象,以精益生产方式和过程管理理论为指导,探讨了在车间生产过程中进行质量导航的理论和方法,阐述了精益质量导航的工作原理,研究了实施精益质量导航的若干关键技术。论文的主要工作如下:
     第一章是绪论。阐述了论文的研究背景,以企业制造过程场景为例,说明了车间生产中质量管理的问题;对质量管理等相关研究现状进行了回顾和总结分析,提出了现有研究中存在的不足;在此基础上,阐述了论文的研究目的与意义,并给出了论文的研究内容和组织架构。
     第二章研究了面向中小制造企业的精益质量导航方法。讨论了中小制造企业中的质量管理特点,给出了车间生产质量及其稳定性的定义;在总结精益生产方式中质量管理原则的基础上,定义了精益质量导航的概念;介绍了精益质量导航概念模型,论述了精益质量导航的工作原理;建立了精益质量导航层次架构模型,并从确定质量状态、质量状态分析及质量稳定性分析等几个方面探讨了实现精益质量导航的关键技术。
     第三章研究了精益质量导航坐标系和导航地图的构建方法。基于过程的定义,建立了精益质量导航坐标系来描述车间生产过程质量状态的具体组成部分;建立了车间生产过程模型来分析质量导航地图的数据组成;研究了应用图论原理对上述数据进行结构化处理以构建精益质量导航地图的方法,给出了具体的构建步骤;结合实例说明了质量导航地图的详细构建过程。
     第四章研究了实现精益质量导航的关键技术。根据第三章的质量导航坐标系,构建了精益质量指标体系并选定了相应的具体参数,建立了质量状态计算模型来确定车间生产过程的质量;研究了应用回归分析方法对质量状态进行分析的技术;基于最大信息熵理论,研究了对质量稳定性进行评价和分析的技术;研究了基于仿真的车间二维改进方法。
     第五章对论文进行了总结,并对后续研究进行了展望。
Quality is the basis for survival and development of manufacturing enterprises in the competitive market. Instructed by the theory of lean manufacturing and process management, the quality navigation method for workshop production process in small- and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMMEs) was advanced, and the working principle was discussed. Based on the proposed method, key technologies for lean quality navigation were researched. The main work of the dissertation was as follows:
     Chapter 1 was introduction, which presented the research background. Firstly, problems of quality management in workshop production process were brought forward by discussing the actual manufacturing process in enterprises. Secondly, the related theory of quality management was reviewed and analyzed, and the shortage of present research was proposed. Finally, the purpose and research significance was explained, and the content and framework of the dissertation were introduced.
     In chapter 2, SMME-oriented lean quality navigation was studied. Characteristics of quality management in SMMEs were summarized, and the concepts of quality and stability in workshop production process were defined. Based on the principles of quality management in lean manufacturing, the concept of lean quality navigation was given. Then the working principle was explained on the basis of a concept model of lean quality navigation, and the structure model was built. Meanwhile, the key technologies of implementing lean quality navigation were discussed.
     In chapter 3, the method to build a coordinate system of lean quality navigation and navigation map was researched. Based on the definition of process, the coordinate system of lean quality navigation was built to describe the quality of workshop production process. The model of workshop production process was established to analyze the data components of navigation map, and graph theory was utilized to build navigation map with detailed approach, then the actualization process was given with an example.
     In chapter 4, the principal technologies of actualizing lean quality navigation were researched. Based on the coordinate system in chapter 3, a lean quality index system was established, in which corresponding parameters were selected. A computation model was built to estimate the quality of workshop production process, and regression analysis was applied to analyze the quality state. The technique to estimate and analyze the quality stability was studied on the basis of the maximum entropy principle. A simulation-based method for two-dimensional improvement was discussed.
     In chapter 5, the research in this dissertation was summarized, and future investigation directions were pointed out.
