收费广场应用SBS改性沥青SMA路面的研究

摘要
我省目前收费广场路面有普通沥青混凝土路面和水泥混凝土路面两种形式,但通过多年的使用,两种路面结构都暴露出了不同程度的缺陷。普通沥青混凝土路面难以解决高温车辙、低温开裂、水损坏破坏及表面功能衰减等诸多因素的影响,而水泥混凝土路面虽然强度较高,抗滑性能较好,但通过长时间使用后,大板表面容易破损,板接缝处冲蚀、脱空、断板、错台、唧泥等病害较多,行车舒适性差,而且破损后不易维修。本文通过分析普通沥青混凝土路面和水泥混凝土路面在收费广场上应用的弊端,根据收费广场路面的受力情况分析和对路面材料的使用性能要求,结合SBS改性沥青SMA路面的性能特点,提出了以SBS改性沥青SMA混合料为路面面层结构在收费广场上应用的观点。
     本文根据我省SBS改性沥青SMA路面在试验路应用中所取得的检测数据和结论,从性能指标、物质条件、施工工艺、工程技术经济分析多方面,论证了SBS改性沥青SMA路面在收费广场上应用的可行性,并建立了符合我省收费广场特点的路面典型结构。
At present, two forms of toll-square pavement梒ommon bitumen concrete and cement concrete are mainly adopted in Liaoning Province. But after being used for many years, they have revealed diverse weaknesses. It is difficult for us to solve the following problems that exist in the common bitumen concrete pavement, such as the impact of the tracks at high temperature, the crazes at low temperature, water breakage, attenuation of surface function, and so on. Though cement concrete has the qualities of high strength and preferable antislip, after being used in a long time, its surface is easily dilapidated and many other disadvantages appear, such as erosion, cavitation, rupture and so on. In that case, it will feel bad to drive on it. What' s more, it is difficult to maintain after being damaged.
    Having analyzed the weakness of the two forms of pavement, we bring forward a subject on the application of SBS modifier bitumen-stone matrix asphalt, considering the characters of the toll-square in Liaoning Province.
    After analyzing the data and results of the testing highway in many sides like function index, physical condition, working techniques and project technique economic analysis, we have drawn a conclusion that it is feasible to adopt SBS modifier bitumen-stone matrix asphalt pavement in toll-square. This form of pavement has established the typical framework of toll-square pavement.
