两种顺酐回收用有机溶剂的性质

摘要
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和六氢化邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯是顺酐生产中用来回收顺
    酐的两种重要有机溶剂,采用实验的方法对其物理化学性质进行研究具有重要意
    义。本文采用沸点仪法测定了这两种溶剂的饱和蒸汽压,用三个常用方程对所得
    数据进行了拟合,并计算得到了它们的摩尔蒸发焓。应用沸点仪法测定了两种溶
    剂不同浓度顺酐溶液达到汽液平衡时平衡压力和平衡温度的关系,结合所用沸点
    仪的平均滞流因子和物料衡算关系,采用 NRTL 模型关联推算得到顺酐和两种溶
    剂分别在 423.15 K、443.15 K 和 463.15 K 三个温度下的等温汽液平衡以及 3.33
    kPa、6.00 kPa 和 8.67 kPa 下的等压汽液平衡。确定了这两个二元物系的 NRTL
    模型参数。采用浮计法测定了两种溶剂从室温至 94℃的密度,并用经验方程关
    联了实验数据。采用乌氏粘度计法测定了两种溶剂从室温至 80℃的粘度。采用
    R-D 法估算了两种溶剂的热容。通过对两种溶剂各种性质的比较,讨论了在原使
    用六氢化邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯做回收溶剂的顺酐生产设备上将吸收溶剂更换为
    邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的可行性。
Di-n-butyl phthalate and di-iso-butyl hexahydrophthalate are two important organic
    solvents to recover maleic anhydride (MA) in the manufacture of MA. It is of great
    significance to research the physical and chemical properties of them by experimental
    methods. The vapor pressures of the two solvents are determined by ebulliometer
    method in this paper and three common equations are used to fit the data. The molar
    latent heats of evaporation of the two solvents are calculated. The relationship
    between the equilibrious pressures and equilibrious temperatures are determined when
    MA solutions of various concentrations of the two solvents reach equilibrium by the
    ebulliometer method. Based on the material balance, isothermal vapor-liquid
    equilibrium (VLE) data at 423.15 K、443.15 K and 463.15 K and isobaric VLE data
    under 3.33 kPa, 6.00 kPa and 8.67 kPa of MA with the two solvents are calculated
    respectively using NRTL model and the mean evaporation coefficient of the
    ebulliometer. The NRTL model parameters of the two binary systems are correlated.
    Densities of the two solvents from the room temperature to 94℃ are determined by
    the floating densimeter method and fitted with empirical equations. Viscosities of the
    two solvents from the room temperature to 80℃ are measured with the Ubbelohde
    viscometer. R-D method is adopted to estimate the isobaric heat capacities of the two
    solvents. According to the comparison of the properties of the two solvents, the
    feasibility of the proposal to replace di-iso-butyl hexahydrophthalate with di-n-butyl
    phthalate as MA recovery absorbant on the MA producing facilities is discussed.
