我国省会城市城市功能差异研究

摘要
城市功能是指城市在一个国家或一个地区所承担的政治、经济、文化等方面的任务和所起的作用,也即指城市在社会经济发展中所应有的作用和能力。城市功能类型和强度往往受当地区域自然环境、经济基础、发展政策、区位条件、历史文化等要素的影响,这些要素不断变化影响着城市功能类型和强度不断变化,因此需要将城市功能在时间和空间系列上进行相应的研究分析得出城市功能强度和类型差异,从而得出相应规律分布和变化趋势,为城市功能完善和区域发展提供相应的依据。
本文以我国30个省会城市(拉萨由于数据获取原因在本文中不考虑)为例在时间和空间系列上进行相关研究。首先从全国角度对30个省会城市运用区位商得分法、基尼系数法、因子分析法和ARCGIS法研究省会城市功能演变、城市功能类型演变以及城市功能空间分布规律进行差异研究,从而得出相应的演变规律。其次运用区位商得分法对我国四大地区省会城市总功能和分功能在时间序列上进行差异分析,得出四大地区省会城市总功能和分功能变化规律和差异。再次运用区位商得分法和标准偏差法对四大地区内各省会城市的总功能和分项功能进行差异分析,得出每个地区内省会城市总功能和分功能变化规律和差异。最后根据分析出的差异规律对省会城市功能进行相应地完善与调整。
本文借鉴国内外城市功能研究理论与方法,对我国省会城市的城市功能进行深入系统的研究。全文分为八部分：
第一部分：绪论。本部分包含七个方面：选题依据、研究意义、城市功能研究相关涵义与指标体系、本文所用资料来源、本文研究重点与不足和技术路线。
第二部分：城市功能研究进展和评述。首先综述了国内外关于城市功能研究进展,其次突出了区域视角下城市功能研究进展,再次对城市功能研究方法进展进行综述,最后对城市功能研究进展进行了评述。
第三部分：区域发展视角下城市功能研究的理论基础和方法。本文研究使用了五种理论和五种方法,其中城市功能区位商得分法在本文根据区位商涵义对城市总功能和分项功能进行分值计算,使城市功能研究和差异分析更具有针对性和时效性。
第四部分：我国省会城市功能差异分析。本部分从全国角度对30个省会城市运用区位商得分法、基尼系数法、因子分析法和ARCGIS法对省会城市功能演变、城市功能类型演变以及城市功能空间分布规律进行差异研究,得出相应的演变规律,城市功能在本文中包含总功能、生产功能、流通功能、商贸功能、科教文化功能和管理服务功能六部分。
第五部分：四大地区省会城市城市功能差异研究。本章运用区位商得分法从省会城市总功能、生产功能、流通功能、商贸功能、科教服务功能和管理服务功能六个方面对四大地区省会城市功能进行相关差异分析。
第六部分：不同地区内省会城市城市功能差异分析。本章从城市功能发展演变、生产功能、流通功能、商贸功能、科教文化功能、管理服务功能、总功能和离散程度八个方面对四大地区内省会城市功能分别进行分析。城市功能发展演变主要分析地区内省会城市的总功能、生产功能、流通功能、商贸功能、科教文化功能和管理服务功能发展规律。从离散程度角度分析同地区内各省会城市某功能离散程度变化情况。
第七部分：我国省会城市城市功能完善对策与建议。本部分包含四个方面：城市功能完善原则、全国省会城市城市功能完善对策和建议、四大地区间省会城市城市功能完善对策与建议、四大地区内省会城市城市功能完善对策与建议。
第八部分：结语。简单介绍了本研究主要创新之处、不足之处以及对未来研究的展望。
Urban function is that the city in a country or a region bears the tasks and role in political, economic, cultural and other aspects and also refers that the city should possess the role and capacity the social and economic development. Urban function type and intensity ften subject to local natural environment, economic base, development policies, location condition, history culture and other factors,the continue change on these factors affect the change on urban function type and intensity,so the appropriate study of urban functions in time and space series analysis urban functions intensity and type,and then concludes the corresponding distribution law and the change trend, the distribution law and the change trend provides the corresponding basis for improving the urban functions and regional development.
The paper proceeds related research in time and space series such as 30 capital cities(The paper does not consider Lhasa dued to data) in China.Firstly the article from national angle analyzes the diversity on urban function evolution, functional types evolution and urban functions spatial distribution evolution by using location quotient scoring method, the Gini coefficient method, factor analysis method and Arcgis method,and finds corresponding conclusions.Secondly by using location quotient scoring method the article analyzes the capital ciities functions diversity on total urban functions and part urban functions in time series between the four major regions in China,and finds total functions and part function variation laws on capital city by using diversity analyze. Thirdly the article analyzes the diversity on total functions and part functions of capital cities in the four major regions by using location quotient scoring method,standard deviation method,and finds the variation laws and diversity of capital cities on total urban functions and part urban functions in every region.Finally the article accordingly adjusts and perfects capital urban functions according to diversity laws analyzed.
The article study deeply and systematically urban fuctions under the perspective of regional development from home and abroad theories and methods. The paper is divided into eight parts:
PartⅠ:Introduction. The part contains seven aspects:topic base, research significance, related meaning on urban functions research and index system, data sources used in the article, the focus and shortage studied in the article and technical route.
PartⅡ:Urban Function Progress and Reviews. Firstly the article reviews the urban function progress on domestic and international research, followed by regional perspective highlights the urban function progress, again reviews the progress of research methods, in the last comments urban function progress.
PartⅢ:The Theoretical Basis and Methods on Urban Functions Research under Regional Development Perspective.The research uses five methods and five theories,in which the location quotient scoring method based location quotient meaning calculate the total urban function score and the part urban function score,makes urban function research and diversity analyze more targeted and timely.
PartⅣ:Urban Functions Analyze on Capital Cities in China. The part from national angle analyzes the diversity on urban function evolution, functional types evolution and urban functions spatial distribution evolution by using location quotient scoring method, the Gini coefficient method, factor analysis method and Arcgis method,and finds corresponding conclusions.Urban functions contains six parts in the article:total function, production function, distribution function, business function,science education and culture function, management service function.

The part from urban functions evolution, production function, distribution function, business function, science education culture function, management service function, total function and dispersion degree analyzes capital urban functions by itself in the four regions.The development and evolution on urban functions major analyzes the development laws from production function, distribution function, business function,science education culture function, management service function and total function in the four regions.The article analyzes dispersion degree on urban function in the four regions by using standard deviation method.
PartⅦ:The Strategy and Suggestion on Improving Capital Urban Functions in China.The part contains four aspects:the principles on improving urban functions, the strategy and suggestion on improving capital urban functions in China, the strategy and suggestion on improving capital urban functions among the four major regions and the strategy and suggestion on improving capital urban functions in the four major regions.
PartⅧ:Conclusion.The part briefly introducts the major innovation, the lack of this study and prospects for future research.
