钻孔灌注桩超声波法检测技术研究

摘要
桩基础是构造物的主要基础形式之一,对上部结构物的安全起着至关重要的作用,它直接关系到国家和人民生命财产的安全,其工程质量一直倍受建设、施工、设计和监理等各部门的关注。同时由于我国地质条件复杂,桩基工程除因受岩土工程条件,基础与结构设计,桩土体制相互作用,施工与专业技术水平等诸多关联因素的影响外,桩基的施工还有高度的隐蔽性,更容易存在难以发现的质量隐患。如何避免此类情况的发生,找到合理的解决办法,显得尤为重要。
     本文指出了钻孔灌注桩质量缺陷判定的难点在超声波数据的理论分析上。因混凝土材料是一种多相复合体,其强度和均匀性不是完全稳定的,超声波在其内部传播是一种极为复杂的物理过程,受到多种因素的影响。通过试验研究找出其规律性,进而得出利用超声波判断混凝土质量优劣的理论方法。
     本文介绍了混凝土超声检测原理及方法,结合工程应用实例详细阐述了超声波检测数据处理方法及混凝土缺陷识别理论,利用波形、波幅和声时等声学参数的变化与混凝土质量的相关性,提出了能够准确判定混凝土灌注桩质量缺陷性质、位置和大小的理论方法,在工程实际应用中得到了很好的验证。

How to avoid the occurrence of such cases, to find a reasonable solution, it is particularly important.
     This article points out the flaws to determine the quality of bored piles of difficulties in the ultrasound data on theoretical analysis. As a result of concrete materials is a multi-phase complex, its intensity and uniformity is not completely stable, the spread of ultrasound in its in-house is a very complex physical process, are influenced by many factors. Through the pilot study to find out the regularity, and then come to the use of ultrasound to determine the quality of the concrete advantages and disadvantages of the theoretical methods.
     In this paper, ultrasonic testing of concrete principles and methods, combined with detailed engineering application of ultrasonic testing of the data-processing methods to identify shortcomings and concrete theory, the use of wave, the amplitude of sound, such as when the acoustic parameters of the concrete changes in the quality and relevance of the proposed Be able to accurately determine the quality of the concrete pile nature of the defect, the location and size of the theoretical methods, in the practical application of the project has been very good test.
