远程监控技术在网络洗碗机中的研究与应用

摘要
上世纪九十年代以来,随着计算机技术的迅猛发展和人们生活水平的提高,消费者对传统家电的功能提出了更高的要求,信息家电的概念随之诞生。信息家电将家电的常用功能与数字技术、网络技术紧密结合,以功能模块的形式融入到家电设备中,使其成为具有智能信息处理、双向网络通讯等功能的家庭信息终端。信息家电技术是一项新兴的技术,具有广阔的市场前景。
     本课题研究的目的在于设计并实现一种家电的嵌入式远程监控系统方案,使传统的洗碗机具有网络通信功能,能够通过互联网被访问,并被用户远程监控。本文给出了构建该系统的一整套方案,包括硬件设计和软件程序设计过程。
     本文首先介绍了远程监控和信息家电的概念、特点和发展现状,并对该项技术面临的现实挑战做了简要的分析。硬件系统设计重点介绍了网关基本组成以及主要的扩展接口电路。软件系统部分根据C/S软件架构,分成嵌入式网关(服务器)端和远程客户端进行分别设计。在服务器端对标准的TCP/IP协议栈进行筛选和简化,设计并软件实现适合嵌入式系统的网络协议栈;同时根据硬件底层连接设计网络驱动程序。在客户端设计了用户图形控制界面,实现远程监视洗碗机运行状态并对洗碗机的运行进行远程控制操作。最后对整个系统进行实验测试,测试分两部分即通信链接测试和洗碗机参数的传送接收测试、用户远程控制洗碗机的运行测试。测试结果表明系统的可靠性和实时性基本上达到设计要求。
     本文对信息家电系统的开发提供了一种有效的方法和有益的参考,对众多从事嵌入式系统应用开发领域的人员也可以提供一种借鉴。
Since the 1990s, with the great development of computer technology and improvement of living standard, consumers make heavy demands on traditional appliances, so the concept of information appliance comes out. The emergence of information appliance breaks the concept of the old one; it will connect common function with digital technique and network technology closely. With quite simple modality, it becomes one of the appliance equipments and family information terminal, which had the functions of intelligent information handling, bidirectional network communication etc. It also has broad market prospect.
     The purpose of this research is to design and implement a scheme of appliance embedded remote monitoring system, the traditional dishwasher will be transformed so that it can be accessed through Internet and remote monitored by the users. In this paper, a detailed scheme is designed to construct this monitor system, including hardware designing and software routine designing process.
     At first, the paper introduces the conception、characteristics and development of the remote monitoring and information appliance, the status quo, and makes a brief analysis of the practical challenges facing the reality. Hardware systems focused on the basic composition of the gateway as well as the expansion of mainly interface circuit. Based on client/server mode, the software system is divided into two parts: the embedded gateway and remote client terminal. Through researching the features of embedded TCP/IP stack in the server-side, the standard of TCP/IP stack is simplified and filtrated in order to design the protocol stack to fit embedded system ; Simultaneous, according to the hardware circuit, the network driver program was designed. In the client-side, user graphic interface was designed by using software development tools such as VC++ and programming technology as Winsock to realize remote monitoring dishwasher. Finally, the entire system was tested. The experimentation was divided into two parts as communications links test and transfer signal test. Test results show that the reliability and real-time character of the system basically meet the design requirements.
     The paper provides an effective method and useful reference to the development of information appliance. It also provides a reference for the staff who is involved in embedded development.
