摘要
本文在国内外现有研究基础上,运用系统分析方法和实证研究方法,从知识管理和绩效技术的视角,以学习理论为基础,融合知识管理和绩效技术的思想,深入研究面向企业培训的E-learning系统建构这一课题,提出了新的系统架构,建构了e-Learning的学习模型,分析了企业培训e-Learning系统中个人及组织知识的获取、储存、扩散、共享和创造的过程,阐述了如何利用电子绩效支持系统提升员工的绩效,并针对当前企业培训应用e-Learning时存在的问题提出了相应的对策。
     研究创新价值
     本文在学习理论的基础上,以学习技术系统架构的思想建构了面向企业培训的e-Learning系统的学习框架,从知识管理和绩效技术的视角提出了其功能架构。建构了面向企业培训的e-Learning系统的学习模型,分析了适应企业培训的诸多学习策略。探讨了个人及组织知识的社会协商建构与共享,提出了支持企业培训绩效提升的策略与方法,并指出通过培训促使企业逐步蜕变成为学习型组织。
     主要研究内容
     (1)e-learning的发展概述。从e-learning的定义和特点出发,阐述了e-learning系统的架构,并探讨了e-learning在企业培训中的应用,指出在知识经济时代,企业培训应用e-learning是历史的必然,知识管理和企业培训的融合是大势所趋。
     (2)企业培训的概述。简述了企业培训的意义和目的,探讨了如何建立有效的员工培训体系,并对培训的评估进行了分析。
     (3)面向企业培训的e-learning的理论基础。介绍了e-learning环境下的的学习理论的基本原理及特点,并分析了各种学习理论的指导意义。从知识管理、绩效技术和组织学习的视角探讨了与企业培训的关系和内涵。
     (4)促进企业培训绩效的学习系统架构。从分析e-learning系统的架构出发,结合知识管理和绩效技术,提出了一个促进企业培训绩效的学习架构,并分别就学习管理系统、资源管理系统、教学授递系统和绩效支持系统作了详尽的阐述。
     (5)企业e-Learning培训中的知识管理和绩效技术研究。分析了在e-Learning中个人知识管理和组织知识管理的策略和工具,对利用电子绩效支持系统提升员工的绩效进行了深入地思考,
This dissertation focuses on researches about e-Learning toward the corporation training. With the rapid development of ICT, e-Learning is emerging. But systematic researches around e-Learning toward corporation training are rarely found in literatures, Based on a comprehensive study of current literatures, this dissertation put forward a learning technology architecture on e-Leaming toward corporation training, a series of learning strategies, and learning model. On the basis of learning theories (i.e. behaviorism,constructivism, situated learning, etc), and perspective on the integration of knowledge management and performance technology, through the methodology of combining the practices of e-Learning and probing into the basic rules and architecture. Meantime, the dissertation revealed and constructed learning model for facilitating the performance of corporation training, also described the strategies of knowledge-building and knowledge-sharing, and verified them through case studies, field studies and collaborative study. All these works set a solid base for theoretical study and laid a foundation for e-Leaming practice.
    The main contents of dissertation are included as follows: (1) The evolutionary history and characteristics of e-Learning: After a brief introduction to the history of e-Learning, this dissertation discussed the features of e-Leaming, and clarified that in the knowledge age, it is a general trend for using e-Learning in the corporation training. (2) The concept of the corporation training : Introduction to concept and characteristic of the corporation training, Kirkpatrick evaluation model. (3) Knowledge management, performance technology and corporation training: on the basis of Nonaka's SECI model and framework of knowledge management followed by a discussion of e-Learning with respect to its features, system framework and applications, which lead to the establishment of an
