可监测型数据记录系统的研制

摘要
随着航天事业的飞速发展,飞行器的发射也日趋频繁,必须设计一套可靠、有效的测试系统以确保它们的可靠发射及平稳运行。通过与无线电遥测系统比较,可监测型数据记录测试系统凭借其微型化、高速、抗过载和冲击、实时性等优点已经成为航天飞行器发射飞行试验中最为重要的测试方法,为飞行器的研制、发射、飞行试验及到后期的定型提供了重要的参考依据。
     首先本文依据存储测试系统的原则,按照自顶向下的设计思想,对可监测型数据记录测试系统进行了总体设计,并详细分析了系统的工作方式和关键器件选型。然后本文详细介绍了采编存储器的组成原理、工作流程、硬件电路设计及关键器件的时序设计,提出了实时监测的设计思想,采用抽样式实时监测技术和混合数据流编码技术实现了实时监测与记录的同步,在存储器设计中,提出了“独立化”的思想,极大地提高了存储器的可靠性。接着叙述了地面测控台的设计思路、组成原理及工作流程,深入分析了可编程数字量信号源和长线传输等关键技术。
     文章结论中给出了系统试验的实验数据,通过分析、比较远程读回的数据和信号源数据,证明该可控型数据记录系统能够可靠、准确地测试机上信号源的工作状态;除此以外通过分析从备用口读回的数据,发现该数据与远程读回的数据完全一致,从而证明了存储器可以在飞行器发射后取得真实的数据,并经过处理能够将记录的发射过程进行回放。
With the rapid development of space industry and the frequent firing of aerocraft, it is important to design a kind of reliable and effective test system to ensure the reliable firing and even running of aerocraft. Monitor Record Test System has been as the most important test measure in space aerocraft test for its micromation、high-speed、resistance to overload、resistance to impact and real-time, which provide important reference for the research and development of aerocraft、firing、flight experiment and the final approved product.
     Firstly,integrated design of Monitor Record Test System was discussed in this paper, which is designed by the principle of memory and test system and top-down system, and the operation mode and flow of the system、the lectotype of key device by capacity calculation and performance analysis were also in this paper. Secondly, the paper introduced the composition principle、workflow、hardware circuits design and the sequential design of key device, put forward the idea of real-time monitor, and adopt the technology of sample real- real-time monitor and mixed coding to achieve the synchronization of monitor and data record; it presented the thought of“independent”in memory design, which improved the reliability of memory greatly. Thirdly, the design thought of test flat, and its composition principle、workflow were introduced, and the key technology of the programmed signal source and long-distance transmission were gone deep in to one by one.
     The experimental data of the system test was discussed in the conclusion; it has been proved the Monitor Data Record Test System can test the active state of the signal source of aerocraft correctly and the reliably by analyzing or comparing the read-back data and signal source. What’s more, it has been proved the read-back data of spare port is same as the data of long range line after analyzing the data of spare port. Therefore, the memory can gain the true data after aerocraft firing and the firing process can be played back.
