基于LON总线技术的自动抄表系统抄表模块的研究与设计

摘要
现场总线是应用于生产现场,在智能测量控制设备之间实现双向串行多节点数字通讯的新型数据总线,也被称为开放式、数字式、多点通讯的底层控制网络。其从根本上提高了测控与通讯的精度和抗干扰性能,增强了系统的可靠性和适应性。作为新一代的控制系统,现场总线控制系统在系统结构和通讯机制等方面完全突破了传统控制系统的理念模式,并融入了先进的网络通讯技术,完全符合了当今工业控制系统分散化、网络化、智能化的发展趋势,被公认为是接替DCS的下一代控制技术。因此,在我国自动化领域内研究现场总线技术,并展开其相关产品的研制工作具有相当重要的意义。
     本文在研究LON总线的技术特点、协议规范、智能通信的基础上,提出了基于Lonworks技术的自动抄表系统的抄表模块的设计方案、LON总线网络管理和相应监控管理软件的设计方案,以自动抄表系统的抄表模块为设计对象,提出了抄表系统的整体设计方案,主要实现其中抄表模块硬件电路设计和通信软件设计功能及监控系统设计,同时部分实现LON网络管理功能。
     本文首先介绍了现场总线特别是LON总线的技术特点、自动抄表系统、课题提出的背景及作者的主要工作等内容,简要介绍现场总线控制系统、发展现状、先进的技术特点,对LONTALK协议主要技术特点加以阐述,介绍LON总线的通信技术的主要的技术特征,介绍了自动抄表系统的基本构成极其性能特点。特别介绍LON总线的技术特点,同时介绍作者所做的研究和主要工作。
     详细地给出了基于LonWorks技术的以抄表模块为对象的智能节点的各功能电路的设计方法,给出具体的硬件实现;在硬件设计的基础上,给出了采集模块的Neuron C应用软件、单片机程序的设计及低层硬件驱动程序设计。同时提出了基于多线程技术的多机系统通信方法,给出具体实现。同时依照作者的实践,提出了进行抄表系统研究与设计进一步工作。
     在实现电表采集器模块设计的基础之上,充分利用LON的开发工具,进行采集器节点实时数据监控的实现和网络管理的初步探讨,论文详细地阐述了基于LON总线网络的监控系统设计方法,在研究LNS技术之上,提出基于ActiveX技术的LON监控系统的设计方案及具体实施步骤。同时提出基于LON总线技术抄表系统设计,较为全面地给出系统的设计、智能抄表系统具体设计方案。
     最后对全文进行了总结,并总结了项目所取的技术成果及工程经验。
Field-bus is a new type of data bus, which can communicate between many intelligent measuring and controlling devices in a serial double multi-node digital way, also known as basic controlling network for opening, digital and multi-node communicating. Field-bus promotes the precision and anti-jamming ability of measuring and communicating, strengthens dependability and adaptability of system. Field-bus is a new generation of automatic controlling system and is different to traditional model of controlling system from system structure and communication mechanism, what's more, it can solve the problems traditional controlling system left easily because of including the advanced technology of network and communication. Field-bus is well known as a next generation of controlling technology taking the place of DCS, because it accords with latest industrial controlling system's developing trends:distributing, networking and intelligent. So it is quite important to research the filed-bus technology in automatic fie
    ld and design the products.
    Based on LON field-bus's technology characteristic, criterion of protocol and intelligent communication, this paper gives a Reading Meter Module designed project based on automatic meter reading(AMR) system, which depend on LonWorks technology, and designed project of LON bus networking administrating and software of related watching and administrating. This paper's designing object is automatic reading meter system's reading meter collection device, and raise whole designed project of reading meter system, on the other hand, achieve hardware circuit design of collecting device, software design of communication and system design of watching and administrating.
    Firstly,the paper's mainly introduce the characteristics of filed-bus, especially LON bus's technical characteristics, and automatic reading meter system, the background of task raising, author's main work, also give a simple introduction about difference about field-bus control system and classic control system, the developing situation, advanced technology characteristics. The author raises his expectation of field-bus development in these chapters, especially introduces LON bus's characteristics and main working related achievement. At the same time,the paper introduces the structure and main technical characteristics of AMP system.
    The author givess every functional circuit's designing method of intelligent nodes used reading meter collection model as object in detail, the author gives a detailed hardware designing project of collection device, based on which the author expounds designing project of intelligent nodes' applying software Neuron C and singlechip program. At the same time the author gives multi-computer communication's method of multi-thread technology, detailed protocol criterion and an example, meanwhile propose the further step's reaching and designing of reading meter system according to his experiences.
    Using many tools of LON, the author expounds several designing methods of watching and controlling system based on LON bus network., and gives designing project of LON watching and controlling system and processes of implementation based on ActiveX technology after reaching LNS technology. At the same time,the
    
    
    paper gives the design of AMR system based on LON bus technology.It gives the designing of system, detailed designing project of intelligent AMR system and corresponding conclusion.
    At the last part of the paper, it contains all technical achievements and engineering experiences of the project.
