变性淀粉精益生产管理

摘要
本论文阐述了精益生产的基本原理和管理实现方法。结合我国变性淀粉生产的行业特点,根据本人在国内大规模高自动化程度的变性淀粉生产企业的生产管理经验和体会,从现代精益生产管理理论的角度,分析了我国变性淀粉生产中存在的管理问题,提出了在自动化程度越来越高和市场竞争越来越激烈条件下,用于解决这些问题的精益生产管理方法。其中着重介绍了精益思想下的工作改善和精益质量改进、供应商管理等方法。有针对性地提出了工作改善“四阶段法”,并运用因果图分析方法和质量统计控制方法解决变性淀粉生产中生产质量控制和质量改进等问题,稳定并改进了产品质量,提高产品合格率,降低了产品客速率,提升了生产能力,降低了生产成本,增强了对源头产品的质量控制能力。
    总之,本论文一方面对所学的管理学理论知识作了全面地总结,另一方面尝试将适合于变性淀粉行业的精益生产管理思想、方法发掘出来,比如:持续改进的思想、客户满意的思想、精益生产思想等,给现在诸多变性淀粉行业企业提供一些有价值的参考。
This thesis expatiates the basic principle of JIT production and relevant managerial methods for realizing JIT production. By combining the character of the industry of modified starch production in China, with the author’s experience on production management in domestic large highly-automatized modified starch production enterprise, in the light of modern JIT production managerial theory, this thesis analyzes the existing problems involved in the modified starch production in China, suggests the JIT production managerial methods aiming at solving such problems under the trend that automatization degree is getting increasingly high and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Besides, the thesis focuses on introducing such methods as work improvement, JIT quality improvement and supplier management under the JIT idea, The thesis puts forth purposely the “Four-step Method” for work improvement. And in practice, by means of cause-and-effect diagram for analysis and quality statistics for control, problems in connection with modified starch production such as production quality control and quality improvement are solved. As a result, product quality is stabilized and improved; product pass percentage is raised; customer complaint rate is reduced; production capacity is enhanced and production cost is cut down. Also, the control capability over the quality of source products is strengthened.
    In conclusion, this thesis fully summarizes the learnt theoretic knowledge of management science on the one hand, and on the other hand, attempts to explore JIT management ideas and methods suitable for modified starch industry, such as continuing improvement, customer’s satisfaction, JIT production and so on, in order to provide some valuable reference for many enterprises of this line.
