集贤煤矿冲击地压综合防治技术研究

摘要
集贤煤矿现已接近深部开采阶段,冲击地压现象时有发生,并日趋严重,但到目前为止集贤煤矿还没有对此问题进行系统的研究及采取有效措施,针对该情况,本文做了以下工作:
     通过对集贤煤矿的现场实际地质情况及生产条件进行调查,对该矿动力现象进行描述及观测,以期摸清其发生的原因及规律。
     确定了集贤煤矿冲击地压级别为强冲击,经过对9#煤层的力学实验得到,该煤层具有冲击倾向性,而坚硬厚层砂岩顶板积聚大量弹性能是冲击地压发生的主要因素。针对现场实际情况,采取综合指数法、钻屑法、电磁辐射法进行综合预测。
     根据早期预测结果采取特殊支护、浅孔振动爆破、强制放顶等技术措施对集贤煤矿冲击地压进行解危,与此同时采用预测方法对解危效果进行检验,最后确定解危措施切实可行,为集贤煤矿的安全生产起到决定性的作用。
Now Jixian mine is close to deep mining coal stage, burst phenomena often occurs and it is becoming severe day by day.But so far Ji Xian mine has not conducted a systematic study and taken effective measures on this issue.To tackle the situation, this article has done the following work:
     According to the investigating of practical geology and production conditions of Ji Xian mine , describing and observing dynamic phenomenon of the mine to find out its causes and the law.
     The pressure level of Ji Xian mine is strong shock, after doing a mechanical experiment on the 9th coal seam, recognizing the coal seam has a burst trend, while the accumulation of a lot of flexibility in the hard and thick sandstone roof is the major factor of rock burst.
     According to early predictions take special support, shallow hole blasting vibration, and other technical measures to getting rid of danger for Jixian mine rock burst, at the same time, using forecasting methods to test effects on getting rid of danger, and finally determining that the measures are practicable, playing a decisive role for the safety of coal production in Jixian mine.
