摘要
本研究以传统中药决明子(Cassia obtusifolia L.)为原料,采
用现代的树脂吸附和纯化技术及硅胶柱层析等方法进行分离,并通过
理化常数测定和波谱数据解析(IR,UV,NMR)鉴定了六个化合物。它们
分别是大黄酚(chrysophanol,Compound Ⅰ),大黄素甲醚(physcion,
Compound Ⅱ),大黄素(emodin Compound Ⅲ),芦荟大黄素
(aloe-emodin,Compound Ⅳ),橙黄决明素(aurantio-obtusin,
Compound Ⅴ),大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(physcion-8-O-β
-D-glucoside Compound Ⅵ)。Ⅰ~Ⅵ均为首次从中国产大决明中分得。
对不同品种、产地和不同炮制方法,以及聚酰胺、WLD、Dl01-A型三
种树脂对总蒽醌吸附能力和含量进行了比较研究。结果表明:小决明
(邕宁产)中总蒽醌含量稍低于大决明;大决明中总蒽醌含量以沙市
所产的大决明最高;清炒后决明子中的总蒽醌含量降低,破碎后含量
可提高近60倍;不同吸附树脂以聚酰胺富集效果最好。
In this research focused on Cassia obtusifo]ia L. six
compounds were firstly isolated in Semen Cassiae of China by the
methods of modern resin absorption purification and Si02-gel
chromatography. The comparison of total antlu-aquinones content
has been measured among the samples of different species and from
different habitats , and the variation of total anthraquinones
by different dealing methods has also been studied , as well as
the absorption ability of polyainide ,WLD and D1O1-A resin
