水产业分销电子商务管理平台的构建与应用研究

摘要
随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,电子商务在不断成熟和完善。电子商务在给水产业带来商机的同时,也给水产业带来了巨大的竞争压力。作为传统而古老的水产业,要想赢得竞争优势,提高核心竞争力,就必须尽快改变传统的经营模式,充分利用电子商务的优势。
     电子商务是在计算机网络平台上,按照一定标准开展的商务活动。当企业将它的主要业务通过内联网、外联网以及互联网与企业的职员、客户、供销商以及合作伙伴直接相连时,其中发生的各种活动就是电子商务。
     将电子商务应用在水产品生产、销售中就是所谓的水产电子商务,即在水产品生产、销售过程中全面导入电子商务系统,利用信息技术,进行需求、价格等信息的发布与收集,以网络为媒介,依托水产品生产基地与物流配送系统,使水产品交易与货币支付迅捷、安全地实现。
     本文研究的水产业分销电子商务管理平台是以水产业信息化为基础,以水产业可持续发展为指导,以提高水产业管理水平与质量为目标,促进水产业的信息化管理的快速发展。
     首先,对作为主要的理论基础的信息资源管理理论、交易成本理论、价值链理论进行了阐述和分析。从分析信息资源管理的内涵入手,探讨了信息资源管理的基本作用、信息资源管理理论的集成思想以及信息系统发展路径。提出电子商务能够降低交易成本并且可使产业价值增值。
     其次,通过对水产业发展的历史与现状的调查分析,研究了水产业的生产特征和经济特征,提出水产业的经济特征决定了水产业的发展。
     第三,对水产业分销电子商务管理平台的关键技术进行了研究。数据挖掘与数据仓库技术可以很好地解决庞大的统计数据的分析难题,可以通过管理平台构建基于数据挖据和数据仓库的决策支持系统。
     第四,从水产业的实际需求出发,分析水产行业信息化的必要性、以及对企业管理的影响。利用信息科学技术,提出水产业分销电子商务管理平台的总体结构设计,包括设计原则、结构设计、软件功能设计、系统运行环境、网络结构设计。
     最后,根据水产业不同企业的不同需要,对水产业分销电子商务管理平台的功能模块进行设计,从实际解决水产企业信息化建设与发展遇到的问题提供切实可行的应用方案。
     总之,通过对我国水产业发展历史与现状的调查分析,以信息管理理论、交易成本理论、价值链理论为理论基础,根据水产业的生产和经济特征,运用信息科学技术,结合对数据挖据和数据仓库技术的研究,以期构建出水产分销电子商务管理平台的总体结构,通过对水产业业务流程的优化,并根据实际生产中的需要,设计各个功能部分,形成基于数据挖掘和数据仓库的决策支持系统,为我国水产业发展信息化管理建设提供一个有效的参考方案。
With the modem information technology developing rapidly, e-commerce has been constantly improved and perfected. Along with the opportunity, it also brings enormous competition. In order to win the core advantage and improve the competitiveness in this traditional business, aquaculture practitioners must transform their operation method quickly to make full use of e-commerce.
     E-commerce is to carry out the business activity on the internet according to a series of standards. When the corporate connects itself with employees, customers, suppliers and other partners directly by the intranet, extranet, internet, all the related activities can be referred to as e-commerce.
     When E-commerce is applied in aquatic production and sale of aquatic products, it is the so-called aquaculture e-commerce, that is to say, a comprehensive e-commerce system is introduced in aquatic production and sales process. By the use of information technology, demand, prices and other information is collected and published; considering network as a medium and relying on aquatic production base as well as logistics and distribution system, aquatic products trade and currency of payment can be finished safely and efficiently.
     In this paper, the distribution of aquaculture management platform for e-commerce information, which is based on aquaculture informationization, guided by sustainable development of aquaculture, and aimes at enhancing the level of aquaculture management and quality, is to promote the rapid development of informationized management of aquaculture.
     First, the major theoretical foundation such as information resources management theory, transaction cost theory and theory of the value chain is described and analyzed. Beginning from analyzing the meaning of Information Resources Management, this paper explores the fundamental role of the information resources management, theoretical thinking of the information resource management, as well as the development path of integrated information systems. This paper proposes that e-commerce can reduce transaction costs and enable value-added industrial value. Second, through the the survey analysis of the development history and the status of aquaculture, this paper studies the characteristics of aquaculture production and economic characteristics, and proposes that the economic characteristics of the aquatic products industry determine the development of aquaculture.
     Third, key technologies used in the distribution of e-commerce management platform aquaculture are studied. Data Mining and Data Warehouse technology can successfully solve the huge problems of statistical data analysis. Through the e-commerce management platform, a decision support system can be built based on the Data Mining and Data Warehouse technology.
     Fourth, according to the actual demand of the aquaculture, this paper analyzes the necessity of the aquaculture informationization as well as its impact on corporate management. By use of information science and technology, this paper proposes the overall structural design of e-commerce management platform of the aquaculture distribution, including design principles, structural design, software design, system environment and network architecture design.
     Finally, according to the different needs of aquaculture enterprises, aquaculture management platform distribution function of e-commerce module is designed, and practical and feasible proposals are provided to solve the problems encountered when constructing and developing aquaculture enterprises informationization.
     In short, through the development of China's aquaculture history and survey of the status quo, to information management theory, transaction cost theory, the theory of value chain, the theoretical basis, according to aquaculture production and economic characteristics, use of information science and technology, combined with the data-dug, according to and data storage technology, with a view to build a aquatic distribution of the overall e-commerce management platform structure, through the optimization of business processes aquaculture and production based on actual needs, the design of each functional part of the formation based on data mining and data warehousing The decision support system for aquaculture development in China's construction of information management to provide an effective reference program.
     This dissertation is based on the full investigation and analysis on China’s aquaculture industry and the theory of information management, transaction cost and value chain. According to production and economic characteristics of aquaculture, this dissertation uses information technology, data mining, as well as data warehousing technology, forms the structure of aquaculture distribution e-commerce platform, improves the business process, and designs the separate application module according to the actual needs in production to build a decision supporting system based on data mining and warehousing, provides an effective reference plan for China’s aquaculture’s management informationization development.
