基于TMS320VC5509A的湿气流量计量单元研制

摘要
气液两相流是工业领域中一种常见的流动形态。作为气液两相流的一种,湿气广泛存在于石油、化工、能源等各个行业,因此湿气流量井口计量也变得日益重要。为此我们研究了湿气流量计量系统,本课题设计了湿气流量计量单元,以配合计量系统实现湿气流量井口计量。
     在对计量单元功能需求分析的基础上,选用DSP芯片TMS320VC5509A为主处理器,应用Altium Designer6.7绘图软件实现了电源电路、数据采集电路、基准电压电路、实时时钟电路、存储器扩展电路、人机接口电路、USB主机电路及CPLD接口电路的原理图设计,并绘制了PCB板。
     在CCS2.2开发平台上应用C语言进行计量单元软件设计,编程实现了数据采集模块、键盘模块、液晶显示模块、实时时钟模块及数据存储模块的基本功能。在Quartus II 9.0编译环境下应用VHDL语言编程实现了CPLD程序设计。应用汇编语言编写了二次引导程序,采用16位并行异步存储器加载方式,实现计量单元上电自动运行。
     该计量单元体积小、重量轻、功耗低、数据存储容量大,使用方便,易于推广应用。
Gas-liquid two-phase flow is a common flow pattern in industrial area. As a kind of gas-liquid two-phase flow, wet gas exists widely in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, Energy and other industries, so wet gas flow measurement at well head is becoming increasingly important. Thus wet gas flow measurement system is studied, and wet gas flow measurement unit is designed in this subject, then wet gas flow measurement at well head is achieved.
     Based on the analysis of wet gas flow measurement unit’s functional requirements, TMS320VC5509A was chosen as the main processor, and the schematic diagrams of power circuit, data acquisition circuit, reference voltage circuit, real time clock circuit, memory expansion circuit, human-machine interface circuit, USB host interface circuit and CPLD interface circuit were designed, also PCB panel was drawn.
     The flow measurement unit software was designed by using C language on CCS2.2 development platform, and the basic functions of data acquisition module, keyboard module, liquid crystal display module, real time clock module and data storage module is achieved by programming. CPLD program design was achieved by using VHDL language in Quartus II 9.0 compiling environment. Assemble language was used to write second boot loader, and 16-bit parallel asynchronous memory Loading mode was adopted to achieve automatic run after energization.
     The wet gas flow measurement unit is small and light, and its power consumption is low, also its data storage capacity is large. Since it is easy to use, it is easy to promote.
