纳米量级ZnO涂层目标的光学特性研究

摘要
本文主要研究纳米量级ZnO涂层目标的光学特性。在理论上,阐述了激光目标反射特性的相关理论,包括激光雷达截面积(LRCS),激光面散射理论,温度场与粗糙度之间的关系。在试验上,完成了纳米涂层的设计及制作:借鉴国内外学者研制的各种激光散射、反射测量系统,搭建了自己的实验平台:完成了纳米ZnO涂层散射特性的测量,并对涂层各影响因素进行了探讨。本文目的在于通过纳米涂层光学特性的测量,找到优于常规材料的地方,为纳米材料的实际应用提供实验依据。测量结果表明,采用粘接剂与纳米颗粒复合的方法来制作涂层,完全可行。经过后续改进,可以实现优良的吸波涂层。
The optic characteristic of nano-ZnO coating to laser signal is studied in this thesis. Our study theoretically introduced the related theories of the characteristic of laser signal reflected from target, including the theory of laser radar cross section (LRCS), the theory of laser surface scattering and the relationship between temperature field and roughness of surface. On the experiment, we fulfilled nano-coating's design and execution, made ourselves' experimental platform, which was referenced on absent various laser scattering and reflecting measuring system made by scholars inland and overseas, fulfilled the measuring of nano-ZnO coating's scattering characteristic to laser signal, and theoretically analyzed various effects to coating. The intension of this thesis is to through measuring the optic characteristic of nano-coating, find the more excellent point compare with routine materials, and provide the experimental basis for application of nano-materials. The measuring result indicated that it is viable to preparation the coating in the way of compounding the adhesive and nano-particulate. If keeping improved, it can be successfully used in wave absorbing field.
