信息化条件下山岳丛林作战炮兵运用研究

摘要
随着新军事变革的发展,战争形态正发生着深刻的变化。在这一背景下,如何创新和发展信息化作战理论,适应信息化条件下作战的需要,已成为我军军事理论研究面临的重大课题。
     炮兵,被斯大林誉为“战争之神”,拿破仑称为“决定战争胜负的主要武器”,毛泽东认为:“没有炮兵,就没有胜利”。在近期发生的世界范围内战争中,炮兵再显神威,引人注目。炮兵作为陆军火力的骨干力量,在信息化条件下所担负的作战任务、所面临的作战环境、所采用的作战方式等都将发生根本性的变化。面对这些变化,我们应该用创新思维去探寻制胜之策,以期在未来战争中占据主动。本文借鉴国外主要发达国家炮兵建设思想及火炮技术革新的最新情况,根据我军火炮在作战训练中的实际,结合周边特殊地理环境,特别是山岳丛林地区地理环境,对现代化信息条件下,合理部署炮兵、提高炮兵在战场上的生存几率;在山岳丛林地区的地形、气候特点下更加有效地打击敌军;简化指挥程序、提高指挥效率;提高保障质量等问题重点进行了探讨和研究。
     未来战争将是海、陆、空、天、电磁五维一体的联合作战模式,炮兵部队要想更好地加入协同作战,更大的发挥自己“战争之神”的威力,就要克服现有装备的不足,积极提升新式火炮(弹药)研发力度,融合世界先进战法,不断完善自我,以期在未来战场中谋取属于自己的一席之地。
The development which transforms along with the new military, the pattern of war is having the deep transformation. Under this background, how innovates and the development informationization combat principle theory, under the adaptation informationization condition battles the need, has become the important issue which our army military fundamental research faces.
     The artillery, by the Stalin reputation is "god of the war" , Napoleon iscalled "the decision war victory and defeat primary armament" , Mao Zedongthought: "Does not have the artillery soldier, has not won" .Will occur in thenear future in the worldwide scale in the war, the artillery will again revealthe invincible might, noticeable. The artillery took the army firepower thebackbone strength, which the mode of operations which which will shoulder underthe informationization condition the operational mission, faces the operationalenvironment, uses and so on all to have basic the change. Facing these changes,we should use the innovation thought to inquire about subdues the plan, will occupyinitiative by the time in the future war. This article constructs the thought andthe artillery technological innovation newest situation taking advantage of thewarning overseas main developed country artillery, according to our army artilleryin operational training reality, the knot gathers the peripheral specialgeographical environment, specially the mountain brush country geographicalenvironment, to the modernized information condition under, reasonably deployedthe artillery, enhances artillery's in battlefield survival probability;In underthe mountain brush country terrain, the climate characteristic attacks the enemytroop effectively; Simplification direction procedure, enhancement directionefficiency; Improved questions and so on safeguard quality to carry on thediscussion and the research with emphasis.
     Future the war will be the navy, army, air forces, the day, the electromagnetism, a five Uygur body combined military operation pattern, the artillery army must want to join the combat teamwork well, bigger displays oneself "god of the war" the might, must overcome the existing equipment the insufficiency, promotes the new style artillery (ammunition) to research and develop dynamics positively , the fusion world advanced tactical rules, consummates unceasingly, will seek by the time in the future battlefield belongs to own small space.
