近程反导火箭炮发射结构研究

摘要
随着世界军事技术的飞速发展,火箭武器被赋予了新的历史使命即应用于防空作战。本文在对现有近程反导自动火箭炮的作战需求分析和装备需求分析的基础上,提出了火箭炮的总体概念。详细的分析了几个子系统的功能、结构、性能,并对几个子系统进行了设计。
     本文将模拟和数字电子技术、数据通信、控制技术、单片机技术综合应用于火箭炮点火控制系统的设计,通过对控制系统的结构、构成及应用的深入研究,成功的设计了适用不同管数的通用火箭炮点火控制系统,实现了火箭炮点火控制的自动化。论文阐述了高低压发射系统的原理,在确定了高低压发射系统总体设计方案之后,对高低压发射系统的各子系统进行了分析和初步设计,其中包括高低压系统喷管设计和高低压定向器设计等。针对多管火箭炮装填速度与装填可靠性之间的矛盾和难题,提出了采用箱式发射技术实现多管火箭炮整箱装填的设计方案,较全面地研究了该装填系统涉及到的技术难点,采用控制的电液比例技术解决了液压缸快速运行与高精度定位。
     同时,本文应用多刚体系统动力学理论及虚拟样机技术,对多管火箭炮进行了发射特性仿真分析,并对火箭炮箱式发射定向器进行了研究分析。并通过计算求的该结构设计较好的提高火箭弹发射的密集度。
     本论文的工作为近程反导多管火箭炮武器的设计和进一步研究提供了一定的设计基础和理论依据,论文设计的研究方法将对今后的相关研究提供新的思路和手段。
Along with the rapid development of the world military technology, rocket weapon is endued with new mission namely that aerial defense. The concept of short-range and anti-missile MBRL is put forward based on the campaign requirements analysis and equipment requirements analysis of the weapon, some function, structure and performance of the weapon are analyzed, and these subsystems have been designed.
     The analog and digital electricity technique, communication technique,control technique and SCM technique can be used to study the frame of the ignition and control system. The composition of the hadware system, the control and application software system, and the rocket launcher ignition and control system adapting to different number of tubes has be developed. This system realized automation of the ignition and control of rocket launcher. This thesis expounds the principle of high-low launch system, after the establishment of collectivity design project of high-low system, it researches and designs all subsystem of rocket launch system, such as high-low nozzle design, launching guider design. The dissertation sets forth the design scenario of holistic container loading rising container fire technology against the contradiction between the MRL loading speed and reliability; and carrier out a three-dimensional study of the tough points that the loading system cover; realizes the fast movement of the hydro-cylinder and the highly accurate positioning by way of the PLC-based electro-hydraulic proportion control technology.
     At the same time, launching characteristic simulation for designing multiply rocket launch system is conducted using multi-tigid-body dynamic theories and visual prototype technology. The dynamic analysis investigation of guider pipe is done using momentum finite element method. Though calculating, the close grouping of shots after the structure design is better than convertional rocket weapon system.
     In summary, this thesis’s work provides foundation and theory gist for further researches about short range and antimissile MBRL system, and the research methods provides new thoughts and means for correlative research.
