机车安全监测装置中嵌入式检测仪的设计与实现

摘要
随着铁路运输行业的快速发展,列车运行速度不断提高,客、货运输对于列车运行安全设备在其功能、可靠性及安全性等方面的要求越来越高。车载系统的信息化集合了众多与机车运行有关的安全信息检测和数据传输设备,如轨道动态检测设备、弓网检测设备、语音录音设备、列车运行信息传输设备等,这些设备作为机车安全信息监测装置的插件,在监测平台上工作。如果能够确保这些设备的平台环境保持稳定性和可靠性,便可在很大程度上提高列车运行的安全性。
     为了使安全信息检测和传输设备拥有一个正常运行的工作平台,保障整个列车运行安全控制系统良好运转,本文提出了机车安全监测装置嵌入式检测仪的设计思路,该思路采用在线方式对监测装置进行检测,在保证监测装置正常工作的条件下,无破坏性地检测多种重要性能数据,并将测试结果送入终端实时显示。
     本文以嵌入式ARM芯片LPC2294为核心,设计了嵌入式检测仪的电源模块、电压检测模块、RS485通信模块、CAN通信模块和无线通信模块等硬件电路,配合手持通信终端,开发出监测装置在线检测软件系统,实现了监测装置电压检测、监控信息侦听、RS485通信质量判断等功能,并通过无线方式向手持通信终端转发监测装置的这些状态信息。
     机车安全监测装置嵌入式检测仪利用上位机软件,在线检测机车安全信息监测装置工作状况,同时可将通信数据导入分析软件,建立机车设备运行信息的历史档案,为技术人员及早识别故障隐患提供科学依据。嵌入式检测仪的设计与实现,对信息监测平台稳定可靠性的提高和早期故障识别具有重要的现实意义。
With the rapid development of the rail transport industry and the continuous improvement of the running speed of the train, the requirements of traffic safety equipments in the aspects of functionality, reliability and security are increasing, by passenger and cargo transport. At the same time, automotive systems information technology makes a collection of numerous safety information detection and data transmission equipments related to the locomotive running status, such as track dynamic testing equipment, the bow network detection equipment, voice recording equipment, train running information transmission equipment and so on.As the plugs in motorcycle safety information monitoring device, they are working at monitoring device platform. To ensure the environment of the platform to maintain the stability and reliability, can greatly improve the safety of the running trains.
     In order to make the platform operating normally for the safety information detection and data transmission equipments, to make sure the entire train running safety control system in well-functioning condition, this paper presents an idea to design a locomotive safety monitoring device embedded detector, the design of the detector uses online method to test monitoring device. With non-destructive detection for the variety of important performance data during the monitoring device working time, it can send the information to the terminal to display the test results at the real-time.
     This paper is based on the embedded ARM chip LPC2294as the core to design the hardware circuit of power module, voltage detection module, RS485communication module, CAN communication module, wireless communication module and so on. With handheld communication terminal, it developed monitoring device online detection software system and achieved functions of monitoring device voltage detection, monitoring information listening, RS485communication quality judgment, and forwarding the monitoring device status information.to the handheld communication terminal via wireless,ect.
     Locomotive safety monitoring devices embedded detector using PC software to detect monitoring device.The online detection could get the information about the working situation of monitoring device, while the communication data could be imported to the analysis software to establish the historical archives of the locomotive equipments running information, which can provide a scientific basis for the technical staff to identify hidden faults as soon as possible. The design and implementation of embedded detector has important practical significance to improve the stability and reliability of the information monitoring platform and early fault identification.
