调频加网制版工艺研究

摘要
调频加网技术是一项新兴的印刷技术,有效地解决了传统调幅加网技术中的
    一些致命缺点,提高了印品质量和生产效率。
     本文在大量实验的基础上,进行调频加网制版工艺的探索。首先,根据正交
    试验法完成了软片输出系统的调试工作,随后研究了调频网点的输出特性,并作
    出相应的线性化调整。然后,采用国产的陀版及显影药水,测试不同晒版条件
    下的调频网点转移规律,确定了调频网点的晒版参数。采用国产的纸张和油墨,
    进行机械打样试验,研究调频网点的扩大规律,计算调频网点的相对反差,确定
    了调频网点打样的最佳实地密度,以及灰平衡数据。根据这些工艺参数,设置扫
    描分色曲线,对标准原稿进行扫描,再经输出、晒版、打样进行检验和调整,最
    后,形成了调频加网的整体制版工艺。
     本课题是实现调频加网技术实用化。商品化的关键技术之一,为调频加网技
    术的推广应用提供了有力的支持。
FM screening, short for Frequency Modulation Screening, is a new technology in
    today's Graphic Arts, which can avoid some disadvantages of conventional Amplitude
    Modulation (AM) Screening effectively, improves product quality, and increase
    productivity
    Based on a large number of experiments, this paper researches a plate making
    technology of FM screening. Firstly, the film output system was adjusted by mean of
    orthogonal test, then the output specific property of FM dot was studied, and
    corresponding linearization adjustment was made. Secondly, by using domestic
    presensitized plate and developef, the dot transform regularity of printing down of FM
    dot is studied, and the parameters are fixed. By using domestic paper and ink,
    mechanical proofing is used to study the dot gain regularity of FM screening, therefore
    the printng contrast is calculated, and the best solid density of proofing is determined,
    so is the grey balance. Based on these data, the scoping curves are set up, and are used
    for scanning the standard original, then are tested and adjusted by film output, printing
    down and proofing. Finally, the Whole plate making technology of FM screening is
    formed.
    This research is one of the keys to improve the practicability of FM screening, and
    also makes the FM screening procedure similar to current prepress procedure. The fruit
    Will powerfully suPports the aPplication and dissemination of FM screening.
