自拟通便汤对小鼠肠道传输功能影响的实验研究

摘要
目的:参考了大量的文献资料,并结合导师多年的临床经验,提出了润肠通便法来治疗便秘,通过应用自拟通便方组方,对正常小鼠进行实验研究,以探讨润肠通便法的科学性、安全性及实用性,并进一步验证和探讨自拟通便方对功能性便秘的治疗作用,为自拟通便方的临床应用提供依据,为临床治疗慢性功能性便秘提供方法。
方法:选择正常小鼠为观察对象,给予灌胃自拟通便方,同时以便秘通口服液为阳性药对照和蒸馏水为空白对照,观察小鼠灌胃后首次排黑便时间、粪便总粒数、黑便粒数及小鼠肠道推进率,三组之间相比较,观察自拟通便方对小鼠排便功能的影响。
结果:实验组与空白组相比较,小鼠首次排黑便时间明显缩短(p<0.01),粪便总粒数增加(p<0.01),黑便粒数也增加(p<0.05),阳性对照组与实验组比较,实验组小鼠首次排便时间缩短(p<0.05),黑便粒数也增加(p<0.05),粪便总粒数未见明显异常(p>0.05),说明自拟通便汤能增加肠蠕动,对正常小鼠有较强的促进排便作用。实验组与空白组相比较,小鼠肠道推进率明显升高(p<0.01),说明自拟通便汤能促进肠道蠕动,对正常小鼠肠道运动有明显促进作用,对照组与空白组相比较,小鼠肠道推进率升高(p<0.05),则说明便秘通口服液也能促进肠道蠕动,对正常小鼠肠道运动有促进作用,实验组与对照组比较,小鼠肠道推进率也升高(p<0.05),说明自拟通便汤对正常小鼠肠道运动的促进作用比便秘通口服液明显。
结论:自拟通便汤临床应用多年,其疗效非常显著。我们为了验证和进一步肯定其通便作用,本文通过实验进一步观察了自拟通便汤对动物小鼠排便功能的影响,同时观察了其对正常小鼠肠道推进功能的影响。根据小鼠用药后排便的影响,来观察用药后小鼠的肠道传导功能。本研究应用自拟通便方来观察其对正常小鼠的排便作用,实验结论表明:该方能使小鼠的排便时间缩短,并且进一步能够增加小鼠的粪便总粒数和小鼠的排黑便粒数。说明自拟通便汤对正常小鼠能增加肠道蠕动,有较强的促进排便作用。其后,进行了自拟通便汤对正常小鼠肠道推进功能影响的研究,研究结果表明该方能促进肠道蠕动,对正常小鼠肠道运动有明显促进作用,同时,研究还表明自拟通便汤对正常小鼠肠道运动的促进作用比便秘通口服液明显。经过大量的实验及临床观察,可见肠道蠕动功能减退是导致功能性便秘发生的主要机制。因此,这更加能说明了自拟通便汤有良好的促进肠道蠕动及促进排便的作用。
大量的临床实践及动物实验研究表明,自拟通便汤治疗功能性便秘疗效确切。通过本课题的研究,观察和验证自拟通便汤有增强小鼠肠蠕动功能,促进小鼠排便的作用,为进一步研究“润肠通便法”治疗功能性便秘的疗效及验证其安全性及有效性奠定了基础。

Conclusion: Clinical application of self purge soup for years, its effect is significant. In order to affirm its laxative effect, we further observed in animals from mice to be laxative soup bowel function and promote intestinal function. Large number of clinical practice and animal studies have shown that self treating functional constipation laxative is effective.
