基于ERP的机械设备维护系统研究

摘要
本文介绍了机械设备维护在企业中的地位、国内外研究现状、ERP的发展历史。本课题以天津钢管公司ERP工程项目为对象,研究如何实现机械设备维护的数字化、信息化管理,并结合公司实际,建立了基于ERP管理的机械设备维护系统。论文对天津钢管公司机械设备维护现状及上线项目进行了深入分析,使用IDEF方法建立了机械设备维护系统的功能模型和信息模型。详细阐述了如何以瑞典Intenia公司的Movex软件为开发环境,辅助以其它软硬件,通过系统基础数据的建立、关键字段的配置以及维护流程的设计等方法实现该系统的开发。
     故障诊断系统是本文另一个重要研究内容。在机械设备故障诊断研究中,以PU1蒸汽风机发电机组为研究对象,结合Movex软件开发了基于机械振动谱图知识的故障诊断专家系统,同时为了更加直观地处理谱图曲线,另行用VC++与Matlab软件开发一套基于曲线拟合的机械设备故障诊断知识处理系统。文中详细论述了两个诊断系统知识库的建立、推理策略的选择以及解释机制的设立,并讨论了两者之间的联系。
     最后,总结了本文的具体研究成果,并对本课题的未来与发展进行了展望。
This thesis describes the role of mechanical equipments maintenance in the enterprise and the state of the art of mechanical equipments maintenance in the world. The history of ERP was introduced. For the purpose of studying on how to put mechanical equipments management into digitize and computerize, in Tianjin Steel Pipe Company, a mechanical equipments maintenance system based on ERP has been set up. The thesis analyzed the current processes of mechanic equipments maintenance in Tianjin Steel Pipe Company and what items should be realized in the ERP system. The function and information models were set up by using the method of IDEF. This thesis studied on in detail how to apply the Movex software of Swedish Intenia Company and other facilities to fulfill the mechanical equipments maintenance system through founding basic data resource, filling the blank fields and keywords and designing the maintenance flow in the software.
    Mechanical equipment obstacle diagnostic technology is a very important research field in this thesis. A obstacle diagnosing expert system of PU1 steamer fan electrical machine have been set up by using the expert system tool in the Movex software and mechanical vibration frequency spectrum knowledge. For the purpose of more straight dealing with vibration frequency spectrum curve, a diagnostic knowledge disposing system is developed by using curve compare method and VC++ and Matlab software. The knowledge bases, deduce methods and explanation mechanism of the two sets of obstacle diagnosing system were described, their relationship was discussed..
    In the end, a conclusion of the research was given. The prospects of the ERP project were presented.
