涟钢点检定修管理体系的应用研究

摘要
点检定修制是全员、全过程对设备进行动态管理的一种设备管理方法,它是与与状态检修、优化检修相适应的一种设备管理方法。应用这种方法,可有效地防止设备的过维修和欠维修,提高设备的可靠性,降低维修费用,因此被广泛地应用在许多工业生产领域,尤其适合于连续不间断的生产系统。
     本文通过针对涟钢设备管理及点检定修存在的问题,按照点检定修设备管理的理论和方法,提出构建实效化的涟钢点检定修管理体系。设计了符合涟钢实际的设备管理及点检定修的模式,突出点检定修在设备管理中的核心作用。明确了点检定修体系的建立方法,优化了点检定修的作业流程,明晰了各级点检的职责,有效地分离了点检和维护检修的职能。同时建立了点检员的绩效考评制度,通过绩效考评不断提升点检员的能力,提升点检定修的管理水平。探索设备管理及点检定修的信息化,通过先进的计算机技术将设备备件材料管理、设备运行状态管理、设备技术管理、设备点检定修管理等设备管理工作连成一个有机的整理体,大大提高了点检定修管点检定修制是全员、全过程对设备进行动态管理的一种设备管理方法,它是理体系的运行效率及效果。
     通过两年实际的运行,涟钢的点检定修已基本走入正轨,规范了管理方法和作业流程,体系本身也具备了持续改进的能力。通过实效化点检定修管理模式的实施,涟钢的设备故障率、利用率、维修费用等经济技术指标已经有了较大水平的提高.
Equipment inspection and maintance system is one kind of management method which can realize equipment tatally and whole process dynamic management. It’s an equipment maintance method adapted to status maintance and optimized maintance. Equipment over or less maintance could be avoided by this means while equipment reliability improvement and cost reduction could also be realized. So this method was widely applied in some industrial productive field especially in uninterrupted production system.
     This thesis has constructed a practical equipment inspection management system for Lianyuan Steel according to method and theory of equipment inspection and maintance management which in allusion to the problems of equipment management and inspection maintance in LianYuan Steel company. It designed a practive inspection and maintance management system for Lianyuan Steel company, which give prominence to the core function of inspection and maintance in the equipment management system. The thesis also expressed the construction method of inspection and maintance system and optimized it’s process flow which seperated the function of equipment inspecton from equipment maintance. It aslo clarified the responsibility of different inspection level and constructed the performance appraisal system for equipment inspectors which can improve their inspection capability. The running efficiency and effect of equipment inspection and maintance system can be greatly improved by exploring the information-based equipment management which combined spare parts and material management , equipment running status management, equipment technology management, equipment inspection and maintance management into an organic integration by advanced computer technology.
     The equipment inspection and maintance system in Lianyuan Steel company has already run into a correct orbit after two years practical running. The system itself has the ability to be improved continously by standardizing management method and production process. Some economical and technical index such as equipment break-down time percentage and availibility and maintance fee has been greatly improved by bringing the equipment inspection and maintance system into effect.
