湿法烟气脱硫专家帮助和故障诊断系统的开发研究

摘要
以火电厂应用广泛的石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统为研究对象,对其技术原理、运行维护、常见故障、专业术语等知识进行了总结;利用ACCESS建立了湿法烟气脱硫专家系统的知识库;以Visual Basic 6.0为语言开发工具,对湿法烟气脱硫专家系统软件进行了开发,包括专家帮助界面、故障诊断界面、工艺仿真界面、知识库管理界面等;最终软件打包生成简易的安装程序,可以为运行人员提供湿法烟气脱硫系统的知识查询和故障诊断以及对知识的添加、修改和删除等功能。对帮助维护火电厂脱硫设备的运行和管理有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
Investigation of limestone - gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system which was thermal power plants widely used,on its technology principles, operation and maintenance, common failures, professional terminology was be summarize; wet desulfurization expert system knowledge base has be established by ACCESS; as Visual Basic 6.0 was a language development tool, wet desulfurization expert system software has been developed, including experts help interface, fault diagnosis interface, process simulation interface, knowledge base management interface, and so on; final software package is generated with easy installation procedures that can provide wet desulfurization system for running queries and fault diagnosis of knowledge and the knowledge to add, modify, and delete functions. It has important theoretical significance and practical value to help maintain the operation and management of thermal power plant desulfurization equipment.
