生态工业园建设中的企业耦合研究

摘要
生态工业是仿照自然生态过程物质循环思想方式来构筑工业生产系统的一种新型工业组织形式,其应用和实践越来越受到国内外政府和学术界的重视。生态工业园作为生态工业的主要实践形式,其建设在国内外已取得了显著的成就。
     本文在大量文献及实例研究的基础上,以生态工业园建设中的企业耦合研究为重点,以龙门生态工业园企业之间耦合为对象,通过理论研究和实证分析,取得以下结论:
     第一,在总结国内外生态工业园发展历程和耦合思想应用的基础上,提出了在生态工业园建设中,存在企业内部、企业之间、园区与区域三个层次上的耦合,通过各层次耦合作用的分析,指出企业之间的耦合是生态工业园建设中最为重要的部分。
     第二,通过企业之间耦合问题研究,提出了企业耦合的原则、内容、步骤和方法,指出物质代谢分析、优化分析和耦合评价等方法是进行企业耦合的重要工具。
     第三,以陕西韩城市龙门生态工业园区为研究对象,在产业发展和园区物质利用现状分析的基础上,通过产业拓展和链接,提出了园区总体及行业的企业耦合思路和模式。
     第四,以园区主要物质为对象,运用代谢分析方法,对园区整体耦合效果进行了计算,分析结果表明:园区资源利用效率提升较为明显,各类废弃物质利用程度显著提高。
     最后,生态工业园企业耦合效果和效益分析表明,园区各项耦合指标均有显著改善,企业及园区经济、生态和社会效益显著,企业耦合效果及效益明显。
As a new form of industrial organization imitating natural ecology material circulating, ecological industry has been paid more and more attention on its application and practice by governments and academia at home and abroad. Eco-industrial park is the key practice of ecological industry, which construction has acquired remarkable achievements.
    Based on the research of the relative literatures and examples, laying particular stress on the enterprises' coupling, taking Longmen Eco-industrial Park as an example and through theory studying and demonstration analysis, some main conclusions was obtained as follows.
    Firstly, based on summarizing of Eco-industrial park's development course and applications of coupling idea, it was pointed out that the coupling existed in three administrative levels: inside enterprise, among enterprises, and between park and region. Then, the coupling among enterprises was pointed out as the most important part among the construction of Eco-industrial Park through the analysis of the three level coupling.
    Secondly, through studying the coupling among enterprises, its principle, content and steps were put forward, and then material metabolism, optimising analysis and coupling evaluation was pointed out to be the important tools for coupling among enterprises.
    Thirdly, taken the Longmen industrial park in Hancheng city of Shaanxi province as an example, some coupling models of the entire park and main trades have been concluded after broadening and linking the industries.
    Fourthly, taken the main matter in park as object and applied metabolism-analyzing methods, the coupling effect was calculated and the result indicated that the efficiency of resource utilization and wastes recycling ratio were improved notably.
    Finally, the effect and benefit analysis showed that economic, ecological and social benefit of the enterprises coupling were very remarkable.
