基于条码的企业仓储和物流管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
基于条码的企业仓储和物流管理系统是某服装企业为实现企业经营管理目标、提高企业管理水平而投资建设的管理信息系统。系统建设的主要目标为:提高服装仓库储存保管的动态性和有效监管力度,包括企业生产服装的入库、出库、库存管理、质检业务及系统管理,初步形成企业仓储管理的入库、出库信息流的一体化。
     本文按照统一过程(UP)的软件开发方法,在分析设计描述时,灵活的利用统一建模语言(UML)。以客户机-服务器(Client/Server,C/S)+Sql Server2000数据库体系结构为技术平台架构,充分利用硬件资源优势,对业务进行合理分配,降低系统的通讯开销。作者作为开发方代表,参加了整个系统的开发过程,从客户需求分析、系统详细设计、编码实现、测试,到系统试运行、移交工作。具体分析设计了入库管理、出库管理、库存管理、质检业务等功能模块,为企业客户提供低成本、高质量、高性能的优质服务,赢得客户满意,使之在竞争中获胜。此外,优化了库存,充分利用了资源及空间,达到了对物流作业的有效管理。
     本文分析了系统开发的背景和相关企业管理信息系统的现状,概括了系统需要解决的主要问题;概要描述了系统的整体设计情况;就系统的需求及架构设计进行了详细分析和描述;运用数据库技术建成了一套信息化的管理系统,解决了某服装企业的仓储和物流管理业务。
     本文解决的关键技术问题有以下几方面:
     第一,在实际开发过程中灵活的运用各种系统设计描述方法,减少了客户对需求分析和系统设计产生的分歧。系统设计中以统一建模和标准文档相结合,规范了项目的开发规范和标准,提高了开发实效。
     第二,目前对于大型信息系统的部署有两种架构:B/S架构和C/S架构。在系统中,采用了C/S+Sql Server2000数据库架构模式,客户端使用Delphi进行开发,后台使用SQLServer数据库作为数据支持。这种设计保证了数据的统一管理,为数据的标准化和数据共享提供了保障。
     第三,基于条码的企业仓储和物流管理系统注重前端数据采集,以信息条码为输入手段,实时、准确的采集产品信息,为管理信息系统提供了可靠的基本数据源,提高了管理效率。
The warehouse bar code management information system is invested for the management goal of a certain clothing enterprise and the promotion of management standard. The chief purpose of the construction of this system is to improve the dynamic and effective management of clothing warehouse management involving the management of entrance, storage of clothing and quality inspection and system management. The system contributes to the combination of the entrance and output information stream of warehouse management.
    This paper uses the Rational Union Process for software development and UML as analytic design and description language and Client/Server, C/S+Sq1 Server2000 as technical platform frame and makes full use of abundant hardware resources to assign the business reasonably as well as cut the spending on communication. The author as the representative from the development side participates in the whole developing process of the system and analyzes the clients' demand, designs the system in detail, encodes and transfers the job. The paper also analyzes the demand comprehensively for warehouse bar code management information system and designs the system. It makes a concrete analysis on functional modules such as management of bar code, management of warehouse entrance, management of warehouse entrance, quality tracks and the system maintains, etc. It provides excellent service for the customers characterized by low spending, high quality and high performance, which enables it to be the winner in the competition. In addition, the system optimizes the warehouse storage and makes full use of the resources and space to operate the distribution work effectively.
    The paper analyzes the background of system development and the present condition of the management information system in some relevant enterprises. It summarizes the main problems to be solved and the overall design situation of the system besides the detailed analysis and description on the demand of the system and the design of the framework. Furthermore, the article makes a comprehensive description of the key in the system—the design of the bar code production algorithm and the track inspection of products. It uses the database technology to construct a whole set of information management system and solve the storage management business of the clothing enterprise.
    The key technological problems to be solved in the paper include:
    Firstly, various descriptive languages have been applied to decrease the ambiguity in the process of system design and the analysis of demands. The combination of UML and procedure files in system design disciplines the development rules and standard in the project groups and enhances the development efficiency.
    Secondly, there are two types of frameworks for the large-scaled information system: B/S framework and C/S framework. In the system, C/S + Sql Server2000 database framework is adopted in which the customers use Delphi to develop their projects and the backstage uses SQLServe database. This kind of design has guaranteed the integrated management of datas and offered security to the standardization and sharing of datas.
    Thirdly, the warehouse bar code management information system based on bar code technology characterized by automatic recognition and makes use of one dimensional bar code design plan to realize the track management of single and group products and promote the management efficiency.
    Fourthly, the user right management based on the roles enables the high efficiency of the products and the safe management.
