襄樊铁路货运发展现代物流的研究

摘要
随着全球经济一体化步伐的加快，现代物流业已成为我国国民经济发展的重中之重。面对现代物流业发展的迫切要求和国家加大铁路建设投入的良好契机，如何依托铁路货运现有资源，加快其向现代物流的转型是我国综合运输与物流体系建设和铁路货运改革发展客观需要，也是提升物流行业竞争力，培育新的经济增长点的战略选择，更是构建和谐铁路的重要战略举措。
文章首先较为详细的阐述了国内外铁路货运和铁路物流的研究现状和运作模式，重点介绍了铁路运输和现代物流的相关概念理论，并对比分析了铁路货运和现代物流，为下文开展物流运作的研究奠定了基础；其次分析了传统铁路货运向现代铁路物流转型的大环境、必要性和可行性条件，通过运用SWOT分析法从优势、劣势、机会、威胁等四个角度详细论证了襄樊铁路货运发展现代铁路物流的必要性和可行性，然后从第三方物流服务模式、物流园区的运营模式、现代物流的增值服务模式对襄樊铁路货运发展现代物流模式进了研究；最后提出了需要从发挥政府促进作用；提高信息化建设；加强人才培养和管理等方面来保障铁路货运向现代物流转型的成功实施，同时也希望铁路货运行业应尽早向现代物流业行业进行拓展，从而保证在激烈的物流市场竞争中赢得客户，赢得市场。
With the accelerating pace of global economic integration, the modern logisticsindustry has become the top priority of China's national economic development. Themodern logistics industry is now faced with a golden opportunity that the nation hasincreased the investment in railway construction. Then how to rely on availableresources of rail freight to accelerate its transformation to the modern logistics, it isthe objective requirement and it is also the important strategy to further enhance thecompetitiveness of the logistics industry and to foster new economic growth point.
This thesis first describes the research status and practice study of operationmode of domestic and foreign rail freight and rail logistics in detail. Then it highlightsthe related concepts and theories of rail transport and modern logistics and makes acomparison of the rail freight transport and logistics. These provide a foundation tocarry out logistics operations below; second the thesis analyzes the expansion to themodern environment from traditional railway freight and logistics, the necessity andfeasible conditions. It also demonstrates in detail the necessity and feasibility from thestrengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, these four angles with the use ofSWOT analysis. Then from the third party logistics service mode, logistics park modeof operation, modern logistics value-added services model, the these studies themodern development mode of Xiangfan railway freight and logistics; Finally, thethesis puts forward that in order to protect the successful implementation of railfreight to modern logistics development, the government needs to play a catalytic role,improve information technology and strengthen personnel training and management.Meanwhile Xiangfan rail freight shall expand to modern logistics as early as possible,thus guarantee to win the clients and market in the fierce competition.

With the accelerating pace of global economic integration, the modern logisticsindustry has become the top priority of China's national economic development. Themodern logistics industry is now faced with a golden opportunity that the nation hasincreased the investment in railway construction.
