区域物流系统及轴—辐网络研究

摘要
物流在各国经济发展方面具有显著影响,物流系统的改进不仅体现为国家经济整体竞争力的提高,而且能有效改善各微观经济主体的经营环境与运作方式。随着经济发展区域化趋势的日益明显,物流业的发展与区域经济增长之间的关系不断增强,而且不同的地区,同一地区的不同发展阶段,这种关系呈现不同的表现形式。因此,系统分析区域物流系统的结构与功能,论证区域物流与区域经济之间的内在相互作用机制及其协同发展模式,显得十分迫切和必要。本文的研究从介绍国内外区域物流系统及轴—辐网络研究现状出发,探讨了区域物流系统规划与设计,进而对区域物流系统和经济性进行了分析,最后研究了轴—辐网络的理论、模型和算法。文章的主要内容如下:
     首先,文章回顾了物流以及区域物流的相关概念,阐述了区域物流系统的特征以及整合模式,介绍了国内外物流理论的研究状况,最后,介绍了轴—辐网络的国内外发展历程与研究现状。
     其次,研究了区域物流系统规划与设计以及对区域物流系统进行分析。介绍了区域物流系统的概念、特征与结构,研究了区域物流系统规划的相关问题,对枢纽区域物流系统设计进行了定性分析。从系统的协同演化、协调性以及竞争力评价等方面分析了区域物流系统。
     再次,从区域物流系统与区域经济系统的作用以及需求理论等方面对区域物流系统的经济性进行了研究。文章分析了区域经济系统与区域物流系统之间的相互作用。研究了区域物流需求理论,介绍了区域物流需求分析的概念和原则,阐述了区域物流需求的特点和影响因素。对物流需求量预测理论进行了研究,提出了一种有效的组合预测方法。
     最后,对轴—辐网络的算法与应用进行了研究,讨论了轴—辐网络的概念与形成机理,并且介绍了几种轴—辐网络的数学模型。简要介绍了组合优化问题及计算复杂性的概念和几种经典的启发式算法。将几何舍入算法应用于中国民用航空的轴—辐网络设计,并给出了一种有效的基于遗传算法框架的启发式算法用于解决固定费用的无约束轴—辐网络中心问题。
The level of logistics operation is a main indicator of economy development.Improvement of logistics system not only contributes to the competitive power of the whole nation.but also means reformation to the traditional ways of micro economy.Along with the development of area economy, the relationship between logistics and area economy has built up continually.This relationship is of different performance in different areas and different stages of economy progress.Therefore,it seems urgent and necessary to systematically analyze the framework and functions of the area logistics system,to demonstrate the inherent reciprocity and synergism patterns between the area logistics system and the area economy.The beginning of this study is to introduce the development of region logistics system and hub-and-spoke network. The designing and programming of region logistics system are talked about in this dissertation. Also the large-scale systems analysis and economical analysis of region logistics system have been done. Finally, we did the study of hub-and spoke network, model and algorithm. The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:
     First of all, concepts are reviewed that are related to logistics and region logistics. The character of region logistics system has been put forward. It is introduced that the actuality of the research of the theory of logistics in both china and other countries. Finally,we talked about the development process of hub-and-spoke network and its research all over the world.
     In addition, this article studies the designing and programming of region logistics system and analyzing the large-scale systems analysis of region logistics system. We introduce the concept, character and structure relating to the region logistics system and study the problem about the programming of region logistics. The region logistics system including hub is analyzed. This article analyzes the large-scale systems of region logistics system form four aspects, including collaboration, coordination, competition and security.
     Also, the effect between region logistics system and region economy system and the demand theory have been studied in this article. We analyze the influence between region logistics system and region economy system. The demand theory is studied and we introduce the concept and principle of region logistics demand analysis. The character and influence actors are pointed out and a kind of combination forecast.
     Finally, the hub-and-spoke network was studied in this dissertation. We introduce the concept and forming principles of the hub-and-spoke network, analyze the economy of the hub-and-spoke network and provide several kind models for the hub-and-spoke network. We shortly introduce the concept of combination optimization and computation complex and some classical heuristics. The geometry rounding algorithm is adapted into Chinese civil Aeronautic network. And, a kind of effective heuristic based on GA for solving the uncapacitated hub—and—spoke median problem with fixed fee.
